Yash pov
I love you,
And that doesn't mean that I'm here for the pretty parts,
I'm here, no matter what.
Yash pov
The marriage is scheduled for today morning. And Niyati is nowhere to be seen.
She has disappeared into thin air, and not a single person has seen her.
I close my eyes, and see her sitting in front of the mirror with Shikhandini.
Niyati pov
“Jiji, you have to explain to me how you dress up. I am so impressed with your dressing style and I know you're dressing me like you right now, the way you dress yourself, but I need to get ready on my own too na, you won't come to decorate me everyday will you?” I pout, while Shikhandini jiji laughs freely.
Her laugh is like music to ears. The woman had never laughed so freely, not even with her sister, and I feel so accomplished when she laughs so musically to my comments.
“If you want, I will come to your in law's house, just to help you dress yourself.” she suggests.
“Jiji, i should have in law's for that first,” I exclaim, laughing.
“And why won't you have one? Don't you love Vasudev Krishna?”
She asks me, her eyebrows up as she gives me a knowing smirk.
I roll my eyes.
“I like him,” I amend her, not wanting the truth to be out, just yet.
“Oh please, you love him. I can see it in your eyes. And in his eyes.”
I clench my eyebrows.
Is it that obvious?
It is, says a voice in my mind.

Yash pov
She comes towards me marching in her new style.
She looks so beautiful in a teal and golden warrior dress, her hair tied in a bun with her flicks escaping the cage.
Also, she looks like herself from Premlok.
And she isn't wearing any jewellery.
She doesn't even need to.
But before I could say anything, Bua Kunti gasped.“Putri what are you wearing? You can't wear this!”
“Why not, Mata?” my priye argued.
“You are a girl, my putri, you shouldn't be in men's clothes. You aren't even married yet, putri and you have tied your hair in a bun! Only married women tie their hair.” Draupadi explains, while Bua Kunti nods, agreeing with her daughter in law.
