Yash pov
I'm not Narayan, priye
I don't think I ever can be, because
I am jealous of each and everyone who gets to see you everyday.Jealous of everyone who makes you smile, who stays with you, because I want to be able to do that.

Niyati pov
It has been a month since Indraprastha came into existence, since we have not seen Mata.
My brothers could not go and visit her, but I could.
I am, still, the princess of Hastinapur, no matter what."Putri," My mother takes me into her loving arms, brushing my hair and whispering how happy she is to see me, how I've grown into a beautiful woman, after doing my tilak.
That's ironic considering it's just been a month.
She gestures to me to follow her into her chamber, the same one where she used to help me get ready.
I smile brightly, remembering the old days."Mata, I have missed you so much, you know? And so have your sons." I say, caressing Maya's face, noticing her crinkled eyes, eyes which resemble the trunk of a tree, softening at the mention of her sons.
"Speaking of which, why did they not come along with you, putri? A mother's eyes and heart suffer just to see the sight of her children." She says with a sad smile.
"Mata, they could not leave the Kingdom alone, so they weren't able to visit. Although, they have asked you to come to Indraprastha with me when I go back. You will accompany me, will you not Mata?" I ask, my heart fluttering with hope.
"I can't, putri," She starts, her eyes no longer looking at mine, "Maharaj Dhritrashtra has forbidden any royal member of Hastinapur from visiting Indraprastha."
"What, how dare he?" I shout in anger, my eyes widen, as my voice becomes loud, "He can't stop a mother from meeting her children. This is a sin."
"It is what it is, putri " Mata sighs, "However, Karna will be visiting Indraprastha, he actually will leave today."
"Why is Bhrata Karna coming to Indraprastha?"
"To drop Vrushali there."
"Oh yes, Sakhi Draupadi told me about her."
"I even told him to give my sons my message. Message that, I'll enter the doors of Indraprastha only when they become independent. Which answers your question about Me accompanying you to Indraprastha. I won't visit Indraprastha."
"Mata," I sigh.
"You leave all that, tell me, how is Vasudev? Is he fine?" she asks me.
"Why are you asking me this, Mata? Ask him yourself when he comes to visit you."
"Why do you think I'm asking you, putri? Do you really think I don't know what's going on between you and him? I know you love him. It's visible, it's evident that you do."
I don't look into her teasing eyes.
"Oh my god, my daughter's blushing. What have you done to her, Yash?" she asks with a teasing smile on her face.
"Mata" I groan.
"Achha tell me when you are getting married? You must have planned something."
My mind goes black.
Marriage?
I never ever thought about getting married to Yash. Actually, I never ever thought I would get married to anybody, much less Yash.
