A few more classes go by until it reaches lunch. I was coming from english which i had with bruce so we walked to the cafeteria together.
"So, you and robin a thing now or?" Bruce looks at me
"What?" I look at him confused, " Where've you got that from?"
"Just what's going around" He shrugs
"Oh right, we'll no we're erm-" I stammer "we're just friends"
"If you say so"
We walk into the cafeteria, robin finn and gwen are sat down at our table and we walk over to them. Robin sees me and smiles, he shuffles over and pats the now free seat next to him, gesturing me to sit. I take the seat next to him and put my bag down. We talk for a bit then donna walks over and sits across from me next to finney,
"Hey guys! Sorry i took awhile i was just talking to heather and scarlet about the chem homework, you know how Mr Lawrence is with his homework, it's like it's never ending." She giggles "Oh hey bruce, we are all going to the mall to get our outfits for the dance after school, you wanna come with?"
"Yeah sure" He nods
"Great! Be at mine for 4"
I feel robins arm snake round my waist, causing butterflies to flutter throughout my stomach, we all talk and eat until the bell rings, people flood the cafeteria to get to their classes.
"What have we got?" I turn around to robin
"Social studies" He replies.
"Let's go then"
"Orr" He smirks at me "We could skip?"
"Nope, look i know social studies is a drag but i swear you said if you get another F you're suspended"
"So?" He shrugs
"So you can't be taking that risk idiot"
"Ugh fine let's go then" He rolls his eyes.

[TIME SKIP]
The bell rings for the end of the school day, i grab my bag and walk out of class. I walk through the corridors and feel someone come up behind me and grab me by the shoulders.
"Boo" Robin whispers in my ear
"Scary" I sarcastically joke
"I don't need to go back to mine to get anything so how bout i just come back to yours with you and then we head over to Donnas together?" He asks
"Yeah sure" I smile at him
We walk to mine, robins arm over my shoulder. When we get there i open the door and walk in, robin follows in after me, Vance is just sat on the couch watching tv.
"Hey y/n how was-" He spots robin "School." He finishes.
"Good, this is robin he's just gonna stay here while i get ready to go out."
"Yeah i know who he is. Fine just hurry up"
I run upstairs and go into my room to get ready.
𝗥𝗢𝗕𝗜𝗡'𝗦 𝗣𝗢𝗩:
I stay stood at the front room entrance, looking around.
"You can sit down you know" Vance scowls at me.
I take a seat on one of the couches and look around the room.
"Nice house" I nod
"Cut the bullshit, what do you want with y/n" He spits
"What?"
"I know who you are arellano, ive heard things. What do you want, with my sister."
"Nothing, shes my friend i dont want anything from her"
"Friend?" Vance laughs "I think we both know that's a lie."
"Well no shes not just a friend, we're-" I pause and sigh "I dont really know what we are right now to be honest."
Vance looks at me and sighs.
"Look kid, some of the things i've heard about you i respect, but i've also heard that you can be a dick. I dont want my sister getting attached to someone who's going to leave her when she needs them most."
"I wouldn't leave her, not for anything Vance."
"I just need to know you wont hurt her, better then that, not let anyone hurt her. She may seem like she's tough and strong, i mean dont get me wrong she is, but she's also sensitive. She's got a tough life, always had, i dont think she can handle it on her own and that's why i'm here for her, but she needs to be loved. She's got brotherly love from me but that's not what i'm on about. Can you give her that arellano? Cause if you can't don't lead her on, don't build her up to think your worth something your not."
"I do love her. I dont know if i know how to show it but i honestly love her." I look at the floor, "I'm just afraid of showing too much and losing her because of it."
I never open up to anyone like this, fuck knows why i'm opening up now and to vance hopper of all people.
"Treat her right and you wont lose her. Be good to her and you wont lose her. Stick with her through everything and you wont lose her."
"Okay, i will." i sigh
"But i swear to god, you fuck with her in anyway, and i'll come after you. I wont stop coming after you until your fucking dead arellano, you hear me?" He raises his eyebrow
"Loud and clear." I nod
"Good." He sinks back into his chair
"I'm ready!" y/n appears "Robin let's go"
I stand up and walk over to her
"Bye vance" She opens the door
"Bye y/n, robin." He keeps his eyes on the tv
"Later" I say before walking out of the door behind y/n.
"So, what did you and vance talk about? I hope he wasn't a dick to you or anything he can be quite overprotective sometimes"
"Nah he was fine don't sweat it."
"Okay" She smiles at me "Let's hurry up then i wanna get my outfit as soon as possible"
I groan and she giggles, we start walking to donnas, my arm around her shoulder.
