THIRD PERSON POV:
The tall and lengthy man slithered like a snake, slipping into the throne room of the large and gothic castle.
"My queen, she's been found." An oily smirk tugged at the corners of his lips as he presented himself with such arrogance.
The queen sat up a little further in her chair, interested in the conversation as she ushered everyone out of the room.
"At long last, the key has been found." Queen Hela purred, "Where is she?"
"The local high school Midtown High. She's portraying herself as a senior, your majesty." The raven haired man smiled a little, excited about the up and coming hunt that would take place.
"Ugh, I cannot stand prepubescent children. I can't even stand children." The queen gagged, scraping her long ebony dagger against the throne, "You will find her."
"Consider your key already found."
"Do not disappoint me, Loki." Queen Hela bared her fangs subtly, showing she wasn't to be trifled with.
"Have I ever, your grace?" Loki chuckled.
YOUR POV:
"I think I'm getting sick." I groaned, shutting my locker door.
Peter frowned, "Wanna watch movies after school? I can make some popcorn, we can chill like old times."
"That sounds fun." I hummed, "You guys wanna join in?"
I gave MJ a subtle wink, noticing the slight disappointment settle on his face like he had just wanted it to be him and I. I tried not to feel a certain way about it, but maybe I did feel bad I wasn't spending one on one time with the shaggy haired boy after all this time without seeing him.
"I'm definitely in. I can even bring some of my mom's booze if you felt like playing some party games." Kate smirked.
"We can talk about it more at lunch time." I told them, saying a quick see ya later as Peter and I broke off from the rest of the group to head to class.
"So um," Peter cleared his throat scratching the back of his neck as he did so, "I was kind of hoping it was just gonna be me and you."
I opened my mouth to say something but all the words I wanted to say had suddenly vanished from my brain. Of course, I wasn't watching where I was going and bumped into a hard and cold chest, dropping my books to the ground.
"Shit, sorry." I breathed, rolling my eyes at myself, bending down to get my picks off the tiled floor. Peter did the same and apparently, so did the body I bumped into.
I was shocked, the breath catching in my throat. I was taken back by this man's looks to be honest. His high and defined cheekbones and sharp jawline that cut into his face showed that he was strong, eager, cocky. His eyes, a beautiful mix of green and blue were murky like the seas Poseidon held command over. A certain softness with pockets of mischief lingered, standing out even more with his pale complexion and dark ebony hair.
Never had I seen this man and I'm pretty sure I would remember if I had. There weren't exactly a lot of specially attractive men at this school. None I would waste my time with anyways. My eyes drifted down to his lips pulling back into a smile and I realized I had been staring at him this entire time, my books gone and in Peter's arms, who was looking at me with a raised eyebrow.
"Ugh.." I shook my head, trying to break the daze I was in, "I'm sorry for bumping into you. I wasn't watching where I was going."
"Oh, it's alright." He waved it off, his voice mature and silky, "Although, a beautiful girl like yourself shouldn't be looking at the ground."
