RORY WOKE UP to get ready for school at exactly 5:36 AM her school started at the time 7:00 so she always got up a bit early since she leaves at 6:10 every morning to walk to school. Her head was throbbing but something was off. She went down stairs to see her dad making breakfast. Finney and Gwen were still fast asleep and she was surprised to see her dad up.
"Dad what are you doing up?" Rory said rubbing her eyes and tucking her hair behind her ears.
"I'm just making breakfast for everyone I decided we deserved it." He responded in a sorrow tone. "We deserved it" my ass Rory thought and she just smiled and ran back upstairs. Her bruise on her face was mostly gone and the cut healed up. Vance really was a healer. She decided to wash up and hopped in the shower. She scrubbed her body smooth and rinsed off the water running off her like a waterfall. Showering was a comfort thing for her. She loved showering so much. The warm water hit her skin so soft and nice.
Once Rory got out she quickly ran to her room with her towel on and looked through her closet. She went with some normal mom jeans and some sort of baggy shirt. It was already 5:59 and finney was up getting dressed. Gwen was still in middle school so she didn't have to be at school until eight but she was up and ready downstairs. Rory did her hair in a up high ponytail and due to her short hair she had to pin up some pieces in the back. Her curls complemented her ponytail and her bangs were curling under from the hair roller she wore on her bangs from the night before.
"Morning Ror!" Gwen said as Rory walked down she was eating a pancake that her father made but he was already at work by the time Rory got down there. She smiled and waved but she noticed it was 6:24 already.
"Finn! It's time to go! Gwen you coming with us? Hm?" She said shoving her almost brown colored converse. Gwen shook her head
"I'm going with susie today but see you guys later." Gwen said waving them off while Rory shoved finney out the door.
"Aggressive much" finney said a giggle following. Rory just rolled her eyes. They talked a bit before finney said something that caught rory off guard. "Oh rory you saw the fight between Vance and Elliot right?" Finney said. They were inches away.
"Wait what?!" Rory exclaimed and finney looked at her in shock
"Oh shit Rory you didn't hear?! You'll find out today." Finney said. What the actual hell happened Rory thought. She saw a couple bruises on Elliot's face but didn't think about it. She though maybe susie or Gwen would tell her but nope.
"What the hell??" Rory yelled at Finney while he ran off to class. Her first class of the day happened to be science which was with her friend Samantha and a couple of girls who have been teasing her about her suicidal mother for years. She was still early it was only 6:41 but early is on time she thought. If there's one thing Rory knows about Vance, it's that he's a bitch. And stubborn one at least. He is a dick. She knows that. And she doesn't understand why she likes him, no one dose
She walked into class of course to see Reigen, Marty, and Lesley, the three "bitch" girls. The whole reason Rory hates school right in-front of her eyes. "Hey four eyes!" Marty yelled at Rory making the other lady's snicker. It was unfunny, Rory always had horrid Vision and she hated it. But of course it just has to make her life worst. She shook it off and went to her seat. As she was sitting down the chair was pulled beneath her. Rory's body fell before she knew it she was on the floor.
"Hey big bitch baby!" Rory heard and she snapped her head back. Of course it was their "leader" Reigen the girls snickered making the small amounts of teens in the class laugh a-swell. Rory got some sincere looks but no one did anything. She quickly stood up and looked up at Reigen. Rory wasn't to short nor was she shortest in class but Reigen was taller and bigger then her. She could be a model if wanted.
"What the hell do you want?" Rory asked glaring in her green eyes.
"Nothing I'm just curious why the hell are you talking to my man?" She asked making Rory laugh. This was her time to play her manipulative games. Fuck, to hell with it she is probably going to get into a fight but she wanted to make it worth it. "Why the hell are you laughing. This funny to you?" Reigen said getting a couple "yeahs, and exactly" from the group of students more flooding in as it was getting closer for first period to start.
"Oh no it's just funny because I thought you were with that one kid? What's his name...oh yeah your little hand friend Jeff? You guys were adorable together." Rory said before she knew it blood was streaming down her was. "Shit..." Rory mumbled. She didn't feel like fighting she just did the night before. Another swing was swung directly to her abdomen causing her airway to stop for a long second.
"Your fucking dead bitch!" She heard Reigen yell. This was in the middle of the damn science classroom. There were desk scattered and the whole class was watching. The teacher had yet to come. Her friend Lesley came behind Rory and punched her back causing her instincts to kick in. She swung at Lesley bringing her down and making her nose black and blue. Rory and Reigen continued to fight throwing kicks after swing after punch anything they could get at. Rory was able to land a punch directly in her throat luckily not hitting to hard to cause any damage but she was able to knock her to the ground.
Marty sat on the sidelines the whole time and got a teacher. Lesley got up and her nose was streaming red she gave the bird to Rory as she was being escorted out by a teacher. The teacher left the class trying to go get Lesley sorted out but what Rory didn't know was Reigen had gotten back up and pulled a switch blade. Rory turned to see Reigen about to charge at her. Before anyone knew it Rory flung herself out the door and ran. She depended on her speed a lot. She could rarely fight, on a normal bases she will run. She ran into many people yelling sorry running her way through the crowd. She was frightened and scared. She didn't want a huge scare from a Highschool bully. Mean come on? That's so lame.
"Sorrry!!!" Rory constantly yelled running through the halls making it to the equipment room and ran inside. She quickly locked the door and fell to the ground. "Holy shit" Rory said and started laughing. She could hear all the scurrying outside and the teacher yelling for Reigen. She knew that was gonna be trouble. She continued to laugh and laying on the mats in the room. A couple minutes later she hears a knock on the storage room door and a voice.
"Hey Rory it's Samantha.." she heard from the other side. It was most definitely no one else. Rory opens the door with a sigh and Samantha brought her into a hug. "I think Reigen got suspended.." she said.
"Oh lord really?" Rory said her mood lighting up even more.
"Your fucking insane." Samantha said laughing even more.
"The fight was fucking epic i got like a two in one." Rory responded to Samantha's statement about her being insane.
"Just don't die on me Rory I don't know how I'll ever go on without you." She said being overdramatic and holding her hands over her heart causing Rory to smile. "You gonna head back to class anytime soon?" Samantha laughed asked as a genuine question.
"I'll probably lay back a bit I don't feel like getting attacked again." Rory said Samantha giving her a sympathetic smile.
Samantha placed the both of her hands on Rory's shoulder "I'll see you later loser." She said kissing Rory's cheek.
