It was the first day of the October half term holidays and families were starting to pile in, since getting here last month I hadn't seen the park this full. It felt nice to be on the go all the time and that Saturday just flew by as did the Sunday. Due to being so busy and full none of us were getting a day off this week but I didn't mind that as it just meant that we were bringing in more money for us and the baby.

Monday morning I went to the arcade for opening as I had been doing for the last week or more. Today was busy though which I was happy about, it was nice to see all the smiling faces of the children dragging their exhausted parents to the arcade to spend more pounds on toys that they wouldn't normally want or would only cost pence to buy. Shirley brought me my usual and things were going smoothly.

Just after 11 my walkie bleeped. "Y/N, can you hear me? It's Kai, can you get over to the Cafe. NOW!!!" I didn't have time to reply before he cut me off. I asked Chloe, who was working the arcade with me, to keep watch while I ran to the Cafe, head full of panic.

As I walked in, I saw them. Tom had Bobby pinned against the wall again by his throat while Sarah, who had obviously come with Bobby, was smacking Tom on the back to get him to let go. I slammed the door. "Tom! Put him down before you kill him, he isn't worth it and neither is she." Tom looked at me while still keeping Bobby firmly pinned against the wall. Bobby was starting to turn a rather stressful shade of red.

I walked over to Tom's side and placed my hands on his arm. "Baby look at me." I spoke softly, tears of anger welling in Tom's eyes. Tom looked at me. "Baby, let him go. He isn't worth it. Think about us, all 3 of us. Please Tom. Put him down." As I said 3 of us Sarah stopped hitting Tom and stared at me, I could see the realisation in her eyes as she figured what I meant by 3.

Tom slowly released Bobby and turned to me. He grabbed me and started sobbing angrily into my shoulder. "I'm sorry, he angered me. Just seeing him knowing what we could have lost because he stressed you out, it was almost as though it made me flick a switch." I held him while Bobby rubbed his own throat and coughed until he caught his breath all the while Sarah rubbing his back.

I looked over to the counter and saw Shirley still stood there with a little bit of a grin on her face. "Shirl, do you mind if the 4 of us go into your office? I think we have a few things we need to talk about then they can be on their way." I placed my hand on my stomach before continuing. "We just need somewhere quiet Shirl so I don't get too stressed."

Shirley threw the office keys at me. "Here you go my love, keep your walkie on you though and I will tell Kai to make sure he isn't too far away should Tom need any help with taking out the rubbish."

Tom and I left the Cafe closely followed by Bobby and Sarah, Kai was stood outside flicking away the end of his lit cigarette. "Kai, can you show them to Shirley's office? We'll be there in a sec, I just need a minute with Tom." Kai nodded and took the keys off of me before escorting the 2 of them to the office. I placed my hands on Tom's arms and looked him in the eyes. "Baby, I can do this on my own if you need me too. I just need to hear what they say and then they can leave."

Tom was biting down on his lip so hard that it was almost bleeding. "How are you staying so calm? I just want to kill him for what he did to you, for what he nearly did to us. Because of the stress he caused you by showing up here we could of lost our baby. I could have lost you." I could feel Tom physically shaking in anger as my hands stayed in place on his arms.

"I'm staying calm because he is not going to be the reason that I lose a second child. I'm also not willing to give him the satisfaction of seeing me angry again. I want to hear whatever it is that they feel was so important that they couldn't text it and then they both go to hell."

Tom pulled me in tightly for a hug and kissed the top of my head. "I'm not letting you face them alone. I wouldn't do that to you. I love you Y/N."

"I know you do baby and I love you too. Now shall we go in there together? Listen to what it is they have to say and then drop a bombshell before we tell them to fuck off." I bit my lip and my eyes lit up in excitement at the thought of being able to tell them that we were having a baby. Tom nodded and held my hand as we both made our way over to the office.
