My three months of work here is a total adjustments. From the environment to the working staffs. Everything needs to be adjusted. Three months of working is not enough. I often had this home sick, tried so many distractions but it feels so lonely in this foreign country.

Last last month Jai's with me for a week. Siya ang naghanda lahat, mula condo and everything. Then he got me a car here in Singapore. Kahit na ayaw ko, sige na lang dahil nagpupumilit. May mga days na bibista si Jai, then balik siya ulit sa Pilipinas. He has a lot of works to do, now that Eros is not in the Philippines.

Today, I'm on my way to Starbucks to my favorite coffee. I'm into coffee this days because I had a lot of works compare sa Pilipinas. Attended meetings and other representations of EVC here in Singa. Yesterday I've been appointed as Head of the designs team in La Hermosa, good thing Nic is here, he guided all throughout the process of working here.

I sat on my favorite spot and then pulled up everything. Laptop and other working materials. It's already 10PM here and gusto ko lang tapusin ang trabaho ngayon, para bukas iba na naman. Through my working venture here, I noticed that people won't mind you kahit pa anong ginagawa mo. I like the culture yet I don't agree to some of it.

"Miss, can I sit?"

Nagulat ako dahil may kumalabit sa akin.

"Omy gosh!" I said because it's Jai!

I missed him so much! It's been a month since hindi siya nakabisita rito.

Agad akong napatayo at niyakap si Jai, same with him.

"I love you." He whispered.

"I missed you." I said.

"You had two cups of coffee already." He said worriedly. He sat on the opposite table. He's still in his corporate attire. I bet he's working also.

"I need that." I said.

"What are you working?" He said.

"I'm working on the structural designs that was assigned to me."

"Give me that." He said at dahan dahang inabot ang laptop.

"No, Jai. Okay lang."

"Give me that. I'll work on that. Take a rest." He said.

Umiling lang ako. He also had a tough day, and I don't want to let him work for me!

"No. Kakarating mo lang."

"I can work. I can see your eye bags, Caroline." He seriously said. "Tara na, uwi na tayo. I will work on this." He said then stood and gently get my hand so I will follow.
