CHAPTER 1
Driver
My phone rings while I was busy putting some light make up on my face. I put down my brush and fished out my phone on my drawer,
It's Eris!
"Ano? Tapos ka na?" Sarkastikong tanong nito.
I rolled my eyes,
"Damn, just 5 minutes, okay? Nag-aayos pa ako! Sunduin mo'ko ha? Wala kaming driver dito!" I said while looking at the mirror to check my face.
"Oo nga! I texted Manong Kolas na susunduin ka. Sa Starbucks ka na lang mag-abang, okay? May lalakarin din naman kasi si Manong Kolas."
"What? So, sasakay pa ako ng taxi papuntang Starbucks? Wait, sinong manong Kolas?" I stood and focus on my call.
"Whatever, Radizza Caroline! Ikaw na nga 'tong sinosundo, ikaw pa nagrereklamo! Oh, we had our new driver, basta just wait sa starbucks."
"Okay fine. Happy birthday, bitch!" I sarcastically smiled eventhough naka call lang ako,
I heard Eris' sighed,
"Yeah, thanks. Bilisan mo, bitches! Nandito na si Flaire! Bye!" She hang up.
Dali-dali kong tinapos ang aking make up, tsaka inayos ko na rin ang aking buhok.
It's Eris' 18th birthday, debut niya! Sa bahay niya lang ice-celebrate, of course I will make sure that I'll look good tonight! There are some visitors including our batchmates, classmates, her relatives and friends.
I wear my beige dress with a deep backless paired with my open-toe strap stiletto. Pagkatapos ay diretso na rin ako sa Starbucks.
Ang layo naman dito sa subdivision namin! Paano kasi wala kaming driver dito dahil si Dad at Mom together with the twins ay nasa US, they're having their monthly check ups. Kaya ako lang muna mag-isa sa bahay, ay may maid pala. Isinama ang driver sa abroad dahil may bahay din naman kami roon.
Shit! Ang tagal naman ng sundo! Mukhang uulan pa yata ah, wala akong makitang stars sa langit.
Pumasok muna ako sa cafe at umupo, I ordered coffee na rin para makapasok ako, I won't drink this coffee naman, masisira ang aking poise, as well as nagtooth brush na ako at nag mouth perfume!
"Hoy, bitch, asan na? Anong gagamitin niyong car?" I asked Eris.
Hindi ko na matiis, so I dialed Eris' number.
"Black Sedan. I texted manong Kolas, so don't worry."
