Chapter fourteen

Hello here's a quick note and update for my use and yours.

Adriel: Age 16 (No longer mute)

Hearn: Age 18 (Had a fight with Adriel a while ago and is normally working or at a friend's)

Tommy: Age 20 (since Adriel isn't always sticking to lenin he manages to keep a cool head)

Lenin: Age 22 (Had some what changed from being a terror to being adored and most wanted)

Dusk: Age 18 (Adriel's bestfriend and whom the current chapter will focus on taking a break from the three other brothers)

Kaiden: Age 17 (Dusk's Half- brother captain of the track team)

A year ago The 3 brothers rented a 3 bedroom house.

Chapter fourteen

A Break. A Trade

"Why did you confirm a sleep over if I had not asked Lenin permission?" I didn't really mind the fact that he decided to have me come over. I really do like Dusk. He's a good caring guy and I do enjoy his company, but I don't think Lenin would allow me to go and spend the night at someone's place he and I don't even know. The father could be some crazy jerk or something. I mean his brother seemed to be in his right mind standing up to Dusk. Which, I rarely see.

"Dude it's not like I'm bringing you to a strip club." Dusk muttered stopping in his tracks to turn and look at my confused face. He watched me for about a minute or two making me a tiny bit uncomfortable. Sometimes he did that and he knows it made me uncomfortable. I knew he wanted me to say something. He narrowed his eyes, when it finally grew to three minutes. I threw up my hands in defeat.

"Fine I'll ask him until he says okay." I assured Dusk.

"Over and over." He added to my statement. It was my turn to glare blankly at him.

"Yeah, I get it." I reply to his statement. I have been quite proud of my friendship with Dusk. I don't know what his life was like before me, but I do know I'm the only person he actually hangs out with. Dusk bit his lip and played with his lip ring. (He got this lip ring 2 months ago.) He knows that makes me cringe and grit my teeth. "Stop it." I hiss as he made a pop sound with his lips.

"Why does it bother you Mute?" He teased biting his lip and using his tongue to move the lip ring in a circular motion. I shudder and look away from his diamond lip ring. It looked really good on him, but I hate when he messes with it. "You know lots of people think this is sexy."

"Well I don't think it's sexy." I replied quickly focusing on his chest.

"How can you not think that this is sexy?" Dusk asked trying to sound surprised but failing miserably. I slowly lead my eyes back up to his face and he was smiling. "Oh, don't forget to bring swim trunks; we have a pool at my dad's place."

"You have a pool at your house?" I asked amazed at the idea. Dusk grinned and nodded his head. "That's so cool!"

As soon as I got home I realized I don't own swim trunks. I look through my drawers to see if I had any shorts. They will probably fall off my hips if I decided to jump into the pool. I pout a bit and look at my body in the mirror. Man, I haven't noticed how much I've grown the past three years...

My bedroom door swung over and Tommy struts in. "Hey, where's your hamper?" He asked looking around the spot I usually lay my hamper. He never knocks, but it doesn't bother me since I don't do anything that could possibly cause me to hide.
