Karma and Amy are both on the bed now, and it's practically girl's night. Karma's sitting up, while Amy's laying with her head in her lap. She's been on a rant for about an hour, and Amy hasn't really been paying attention. She's been staring in Karma's eyes and she's taken a dip into the light brown eyes. Karma stops talking to see Amy still staring, and she decides to suffocate her with a kiss. Amy was in so deep she almost did suffocate.
"That'll teach you not to listen to my stories."
"Not that that wasn't nice, but what the hell?" Amy says coughing a tad bit.
"I asked you a question and you said 'yeah'."
"What's wrong with that?"
"I asked, 'who do you hate?' And if I'm right, that's not a yes or no question."
"Alright, but you can't blame me."
"Why not? Am I that boring?"
"No, I was lost in your eyes."
Karma puts a small smile to her face, and lays down, "You're so cheesy." Amy lays herself next to her.
"We should go to sleep, you're gonna need a lot of energy to deal with Liam's shit."
"And you'll be there, ready to back me up?" She says with hopeful eyes.
"Karma, you're going to break up with someone. You don't need my support."
"It's Liam Booker. I'm gonna need your help."
Amy sits up and holds on Karma's side, "How about this, You go and tell him, and I'll be waiting to pick you up in my car, and after that we can talk about it."
"That's as good as I'm gonna get isn't it?"
"Yep." Amy lays back down and becomes the big spoon.
Karma nuzzles in, and they effortlessly fall asleep.
They sleep until the alarm goes off. Amy gets up without a problem this time but pretends to sleep. Karma wakes up and her instant reaction is to kiss Amy then tell her to wake up. She holds Amy's side, and continues to kiss her. "Karma, we don't have time for this. Trust me, if we did I so would." Karma lets go of her side then gets up. She starts going through Amy's closet trying to find any clothes she might wear. Amy knew immediately what she wanted to wear, so she changed right in front of Karma. Once Karma had her outfit picked out, she did the same except in more of a teasing matter. Karma takes off the shirt she was wearing, and Amy grabs her sides and nuzzles her in close to kiss her. Then her mom comes in to see if they're awake. She quickly lets go of Karma's sides then backs up.
"Amy, what are you doing?"
"Mom, I'm being a lesbian." Karma laughs at this, but she covers it up.
"I meant why, Amy. Why? I've tried to be nothing but accepting and you've only showed me I can't trust you two alone."
"Mom, you haven't even tried to accept us. You've only walked in on us at the wrong times. Most of the time we're just talking, then you walk in and we're being romantic. It's not intentional, but either way you're gonna have to get over it. Your daughter is a lesbian. So what, if she doesn't grow up the way you wanted, you have Lauren for that."
"Amy, I'm sorry. I'll try to accept you, even when I walk in on you two being all ... romantic. Although, no sex under my roof."
Amy looks at her with a look of just pure sarcasm "really?"
"Amy, I wouldn't let you have sex with a boy either."
Amy does the same face.
"Fine. Just don't let me hear it." Farrah agrees.
"Now we're talkin'." Amy says and her mom turns around and leaves. "During all of that you didn't think to put your shirt on."
Karma puts her shirt on, and they come downstairs to see Lauren still sad from yesterday, Bruce looking at a news paper, and Farrah walking around tending to things around the kitchen, trying to forget what she just saw. Amy nor Karma sat down, in fact they decided to leave right then.
Once they got to school, Amy got out of her car and opened Karma's door. She took her by the hand and helped her get out of the car. When she shut the door, Amy grabbed Karma's hand and they walked into school ... Well not so much into school. They walked to their favorite tree, and sat down. Once they did, they couldn't contain themselves, and started making out. Lizbeth, and Leila are following Lauren, of course, but they're watching Karma and Amy be a cute couple, awing in the background.
"Leila! Lizbeth!" Lauren calls out. She starts walking towards the couple. "Amy. Karma. Our interview is for today, during lunch."
"We can't. We made a date for then." Amy answers.
"You two will still get to be together ... just with me, too." Lauren makes a quick solution.
"But we wanted to be alone together." Karma says without hesitation.
"What do I have to do to get you two to come? I'm already paying you."
Karma and Amy look at each other than lean in to whisper. When they finish, Karma answers. "Fine. We'll come just give us five minutes of lunch to be alone, and the rest is yours."
"Deal." Lauren reaches her and out, Amy takes it and shakes it.
Lauren walks away proudly. Amy gets up, and stands in front of Karma who's still on the ground. She holds her hands out to help Karma up, and she takes them. With both of them standing, they start to walk towards the school upon meeting Shane.
"I can see from your hand hold, something happened." Shane assumes.
Karma smiles, and Amy answers, "Karma's my girlfriend, and I'm hers."
"Aw. How touching, but what about Liam? He's gonna be devastated to find his girlfriend already has one." They enter the hallways of Hester High, they see multiple people awe in fondness of the couple.
Sounding like she's planned out her life Karma adds, "We've got it covered. Don't we?" She turns to look at Amy.
"Okay, I know we're a couple and supposed to be cute but please, don't do that. You sound like you're talking to a dog." Amy says laughing a little.
