*~COMPLETE~* Clay likes to keep certain aspects of his life a big secret, that includes Shane...his daughter. That is until he is looking for some downtime but refuses to let his team know where he is going which leads them all to track him down and...
"Let's go girls! Let's go girls!" Jake yelled from the bleachers of the little league soccer game.
"Jake, calm down." I said and he looked at me very serious.
"We are down 3 to 1. The marigolds looked like grown ass adults and they aren't playing fair. Watch the game, you'll see it." Jake said and I just looked at him in shock. I was holding Pooch and his wife's new baby boy. His wife had been pregnant while they were hiding at my house and when Max was gone we quickly got him to his wife to be there for him to be born 2 months ago. Had to give mom and dad a break so I offered to hold him for a while, he was sleeping, not much trouble.
"You look good with a baby." Aisha said, I heard Jake groan and Clay choke on the piece of churro he was eating.
"Hey! Don't do that, don't put her giving me grandchildren yet." Clay said and I laughed.
"She wasn't saying I would give you one tomorrow geez, maybe someday soon though..." I looked at Jake who wasn't paying attention.
"Or maybe I will just go find another guy who will pay attention and knock me up. The coach for the marigolds is cute." I said and Aisha laughed. I then felt eyes boring into me.
"Excuse me?" Jake asked and I looked at him and smiled. He grabbed my left hand and kissed my ring finger now sporting a very nice diamond ring.
"I can multitask Shaney and I'm listening to everything you say." Jake said, I smiled at him and looked down at the baby I was holding.
"Come on though, don't you want one?" I asked. He looked from the sleeping baby back to the game.
"Ref! Watch number 9! She is throwing elbows!" Jake yelled. I groaned and rolled my eyes at his avoidance.
"Hey shhh!" I said and the baby started to wake up. I elbowed Jake in the side. I then smelled something.
"Pooch! Diaper change." I said handing him the baby back.
"Don't you want to do it? Wanting practice and everything..." Pooch said.
"Not my kid, not my problem." I said and everyone laughed. Pooch tried to hand the baby to Clay.
"Colonel, you want to jump on this for me?" Pooch asked trying to hand him the baby.
"I would rather jump on a live grenade." Clay responded.
"I'm invested, I have $100 on this game." Pooch said and I huffed a laugh in shock.
"Wait...who the hell did you find to bet on a girls soccer game with?" I asked.
"Yeah, that was me." Aisha said and I laughed even harder.
"You bet against the Petunias?!" Jake asked in shock.
"Well, he gave me points." She said motioning to Pooch.
"Big mistake." Jake said and then start clapping. "LET'S GO GIRLS! LET'S GO GIRLS!" Jake yelled and I sighed clearly embarrassed.

"You need to calm down." I said and leaned in to kiss him. He gave me a small kiss but then went right back to the game. About the time we saw a girl from the marigolds side check his niece Beth and knock her down.
"Oh no!" Jake said pissed off getting up from his seat and running down the bleachers.

"Where is he going?" I asked shocked and I saw him run on the field.
"Hey! You okay? Are you alright?" Jake asked running up to his niece and I shook my head.
"Oh god!" I said as I saw the ref come walking to him yelling at him to get off the playing field. Jake started yelling about not calling fouls and how this was a rigged game.
"Dad, dad..." I said getting up from my seat as Clay, Pooch, Aisha, Cougar and I all went running down to get him off the field. Beth, his niece was also trying to help us. I looked at her as the guys got Jake back.
"Go play sweetie, we will see you at dinner tonight okay?" I asked and she nodded, gave me a quick hug and went back to playing.
With the threat of Max gone and no one else to chase down, no big threats the entire team took time off but we all wanted to go see Jake's niece play soccer and I wanted to meet Jake's family. I had moved into Jake's place about 4 months ago when he proposed.
After they got me away from Max and Clay was shot we all knew life was too short and shouldn't be taken for granted. Aisha and Clay moved into my old house together, I didn't need it anymore. I decided I wouldn't work for awhile and just live off the money I got from Martin and his wife. Jake and I were building our life together and I couldn't be happier. I saw everyone walking Jake to the parking lot and I followed getting to Jake's car, they were all standing outside of the car.
"You calm now?" I asked him and he sighed.
"Yeah, I'm calm." Jake said and I sighed wrapping my arms around his neck.
"Please tell me by the time our baby comes along in 6 months and gets to be Beth's age and wants to play that you will be a little bit calmer." I said and Jake smiled.
"Of course, I will be I mean I will have time to prepare I mean 6 months is plenty of time to..." Jake trailed off then realizing what I said. "Wait...are you pregnant?" Jake asked and I nodded.
"3 months as of yesterday." I said and he lifted me spinning me around cheering.
"I'M GONNA BE A DAD!" Jake yelled and I laughed. Everyone then looked at us when he put me down.
"He's gonna be a what?" Clay asked.
"A dad....grandpa." I said and he rushed and hugged me. I then was hugged by the rest of the team then walked back to Jake.
"So, what do you say? You ready to do this?" I asked.
"With you, I am ready for anything and everything. I love you Shane." Jake said.
"I love you too Jake Jensen." I said and he passionately kissed me and this was when I knew everything would be absolutely perfect. No more secret life and no more hiding. I was free to be Clay's daughter and Jake's fiancé in public and never living in fear again.
