Jensen and I walked down the street and I was highly impressed that he was still holding Ace's leash and he was allowing him to walk him.

"So..." Jensen said and I huffed a laugh.

"Jensen, we don't have to talk." I said and he l sighed.

"I just want to get to know the girl we knew nothing about. Is that asking too much?" Jensen asked and I shrugged.

"I don't know what you want to know honestly. Clay is my dad, never really around, raised by my mom, Clay came around on some birthdays, holidays...that's life." I said and Jensen sighed.

"You know that's not everything Shane. Like what do you do for a living and why did you chose that lifestyle?" Jensen asked and I sighed.

"I'm a home health aide nurse. I wanted to work in a nursing home or at a hospital but dad said it was too out in the open and I needed to stay safe and off the radar." I said and Jensen nodded.

"You know we didn't mean to bust into your life and just show up at your house right?" Jensen asked and I sighed.

"I know...it was just a shock. I mean I was never brought into his life much. I know some things he does." I said. I then looked at Jensen and sighed. "If I ask you a question do you think you can answer me?" I asked and Jensen sighed.

"I will try." Jensen said.

"What happened in Bolivia?" I asked. Jensen stopped at and looked at me.

"You know about Bolivia?" Jensen asked.

"I know something happened in Bolivia that caused my father and most likely all of you to fake your own deaths but I don't know what." I said and Jensen sighed as we kept walking.

"He wants you out of all of this and I wouldn't feel right you finding out from me. If Clay wants you to know, he will or would have told you." Jensen said and I groaned.

"Okay fine, answer me something else..." I said, Jensen chuckled.

"I'm starting to regret this walk." Jensen said and I gave a small laugh.

"I just want to know when you all met Aisha?" I said and Jensen sighed.

"When we were hiding out in Bolivia after the incident." Jensen said and I smiled looking at him and he groaned. "Yeah I know, I just gave away some shit." Jensen said and I nodded.

"You did..." I said and he groaned.

"Listen, Aisha isn't a horrible person..." Jensen trailed off.

"She is just fucking my father..." I said and Jensen looked grossed out.

"Okay, I really don't want to think about that." Jensen said and I sighed.

"You think I do?! She is insisting on staying in his room at my house. I don't like it." I said and I heard Ace growl at a guy up the street and I went on high alert. Jensen noticed too.

"Did you bring a gun or any kind of weapon?" I asked.

"Sweetie, I'm always packing..." Jensen said and I looked at him slightly annoyed at his wording. I looked down at Ace.

"Is it a threat?" I asked him and he gave another small growl and I sighed.

"It's fine." I said as the guy ahead got in a truck and drove off.

"What was that about?" Jensen said.

"He may be the world's greatest guard and attack dog but he also still hates squirrels." I said and Jensen laughed. We were both silent for a minute and I finally got a good look at Jensen's shirt he had on under his jacket.

"The Petunias?" I asked and he sighed but smiled.

"My nieces soccer team. I check their standings online." Jensen said and I smiled.

"They any good?" I asked. He acted like I hit him in the gut.

"They are in the playoffs." Jensen said and I smiled.

"That's awesome. What age group?" I asked.

"Eight and under." Jensen said and I nodded.

"Good age group for soccer." I said and Jensen looked at me.

"You know soccer?" Jensen asked.

"All state champ in the age 8 and under age group." I said and Jensen smiled at me. "Why don't you go watch her game?" I asked and Jensen sighed.

"I would but I don't know if it's safe and I would never put my family in danger." Jensen said and I smiled at him.

"You want them safe and no one can fault you for that." I said and he nodded. We made it around the block and we back in front of my house and I sighed.

"So one more question..." I said and Jensen sighed. "Oh come on my dad never tells me anything." I said.

"To keep you safe." Jensen said.

"Please..." I said giving Jensen big puppy dogs eyes. It always got me what I wanted. He groaned.

"Fine." Jensen said and I smiled.

"How did you all get back in the country? I know you didn't just get on a commercial flight." I said and Jensen sighed.

"It wasn't pretty...we had to ride in caskets and the Aisha got us out." Jensen said and I sighed.

"So should I be grateful for her?" I asked and Jensen shrugged.

"You can have reasons to hate her but I know Clay is happy she got us back in the states. He just went missing the minute we got back." Jensen said.

"When did you get back?" I asked confused.

"A few days ago." Jensen said and I knew then Clay had been traveling to get to me. I sighed and I looked at the house.

"Jensen...did you guys really not know about me?" I asked and he sighed.

"I knew of you but didn't know who you were. Clay had me patch it to a satellite once to find you. He wanted to check on you." Jensen said and I gave a small smile. "I could tell you were important to him but one thing I know about Clay is you don't ask personal questions." Jensen added and I nodded.

"That's the way of the Colonel. Military fortress mind." I said and Jensen smiled. Before either of us could continue the front door opened and there stood Clay. He was holding a bag of treats, Ace broke free from Jensen's and ran up to Clay.

"Traitor." I said with a laugh.

"You ready to be an adult, come in and talk everything over?" Clay asked and I groaned. Jensen subtly put a hand on my the middle of my back and gently rubbed.

"You got this. Just remember you are Clay's daughter and no one can push you around." Jensen said and in a low tone. I looked at him and gave a small smile and I wink. I then headed into the house.
