I got in my car driving back home with Robert following me in his. I suggested that he'd come over and meet Sophie.

I rode onto the driveway parking my car as Robert parked his rental car behind mine. I stepped outside and he was coming over to me. We just stood there for a moment facing each other, looking in each other's eyes.

I heard the front door open and watched Sophie skipping towards us with a big smile on her face.

"Hi Emilia! So is this your prince charming?" She asked enthusiastically.

"Prince charming?" Robert said while smirking at me.

"Her words! Not mine!"

I looked at Sophie who was eyeing Robert with a judging look on her face. Robert just smiled at her.

"I have a feeling that I've seen you before and not from last night though." She asked questionably.

"I don't know. I'm just a normal guy." He said while winking at me.

I started laughing. It was time to introduce them properly.

"Sophie, this is Robert. Robert this is my adorable little sister, Sophie."

"Holy shhhh... Is this THE Robert?!! As in Robert Downey Jr, as in Iron Man, as in the one you left behind?" She yelled.

"Sophie!" I furrowed my eyebrows when she said that I had left him behind. I looked at Roberts' face. He smiled a crooked smile and looked down at the ground.

"Oh my God. I'm so sorry! That just blurted out of me! I just- this is so unexpected. So you're the guy who came to Emilia's rescue."

"It's ok Sophie and yes I was the one who drove you guys home last night." Robert said.

"Well I guess it's mine turn to thank you now. Soooo, thank you for saving me and especially my sister." She smiled warmly at him and then gave him a quick hug.

He just chuckled at her and looked at me.

"I told you that she's adorable." I said smiling.

He just nodded.

We were sitting in the living room. It was silent for a moment until Sophie broke it with her curiosity.

"So why are you here anyway Robert?"

"Well, I came by to wish Emilia a happy birthday."

"What?! Really? You flew all the way over here from LA to New York just to wish her a happy b-day? You know you could've just called her right?"

"I changed all of my contacts remember." I said.

"Oh that's right but how were you able to find her here?"

"I'm Robert Downey Jr. There isn't anything I can't do." He said while smirking.

Sophie and I just started laughing.

"How long are you staying anyway?" I asked.

"I'm not sure."

"How so?" Sophie asked.

Robert sighed.

"Actually.." He began and seemed nervous all of a sudden. "I came to bring you back home."

My eyes widened.

"Oh.." Sophie said with a sad tone.

"Robert, I can't. I told you that I have unfinished business here." I said.

"I know but... Why can't you do it back in LA. Bring Sophie with you. I-I'll be more than happy to take care of you."

I looked over at Sophie who seemed to be in deep thoughts.
