Y/N's POV

After a couple of days spent at the hospital, they finally told me I could go home.

Even though these days passed by quickly thanks to all of the people who visited me, I couldn't wait to go back home.

I missed my bed, I missed going to work, and I surely missed the good food.

Speaking of food, I still have some leftovers from the food Wanda brought me the day after the accident, I still couldn't believe she did that for me.

My mom had finally stopped asking questions. She left my room telling me that we weren't done and that she was just leaving because she needed to check into a hotel since she wanted to stick around for the next couple of days, or until I got significantly better.

Unfortunately, both Morgan and I and River and Ezra didn't have any spare rooms, so getting a hotel was the only option my mom had, but she was fine with it as long as she was in the city so she could check up on me.

After she left I was feeling pretty tired, so I was probably going to fall asleep soon.
I told everyone in the waiting room that I would be sleeping, not wanting them to think I fainted or things like that. I suggested they would go home since I was fine but none of them listened to me. They all insisted to stay.

I knew there was no fighting them, so I just nodded.

I got back in my bed and watched something on my phone until I fell into a deep sleep.

I tossed and turned a couple of times as always, causing me to wake up, but every time I opened my eyes I went back to sleep.

It was like school mornings all over again.

During one of those times, I looked at the clock and finally admitted to myself that I had slept for way too long, so it was time to wake up.

I turned to my right and almost jumped from the bed as I realized someone was sitting next to me.

"Wanda?! What the fuck! You scared me!" I screamed and she started laughing. "It's not funny."

"It kind of is." She replied, still laughing.

"Whatever. How long have you been there?" I asked.

"Do you want the truth or something else that won't make you feel bad?"

"Well, you just ruined it for me so tell me the truth."

"Right, didn't think about that."

"I have been here for the past two hours, and before you say anything it's okay, really. I finally had the time to respond to some emails and do other work stuff."

Yeah, I definitely felt bad.

"Why didn't you wake me? And why are you always working? Get a life." I mocked her and she looked at me, playing the offended part.

"I didn't wake you because you needed some actual sleep. And no, I'm not always working, I'm here with you now, so I'm definitely not working, and I do have a life, thank you very much." She spoke as I saw her stand up and take out some things from a huge bag to put them in front of me.

"What is this?"

"You told me you wanted food, so I brought you some food." Wanda took the top off of the containers and my eyes started glowing as soon as I saw some pizza slices.

"These don't look like the ones you buy...they look better." I analyzed what was in front of me and I saw her smile.

"It's because I made them, I also made you this." She took the top off of another container and I saw a chocolate cake that smelled absolutely amazing.

"You made all of this? Really?" I asked her, not because I didn't believe her, but it did feel too good to be true.

"What? You don't believe me?" She sounded a little hurt and I immediately regretted what I had just said.

"I do, I do! It's just...I can't believe Wanda Maximoff brought me food she made herself." I told her and saw her chuckle.

"I was just messing with you. But yes, Wanda Maximoff did bring you food she made, although you're forgetting something, that's because you don't know it yet, so I'm here to tell you and complain about it."

"What?"

"I specifically made this for you after almost going insane over what to cook. I called Jules and she passed the phone to Morgan, I needed some help, you know? And Morgan told me that your favorite food is pizza. Are you serious?! Pizza?!" Wanda explained and I couldn't help but laugh.

"So what? Can't my favorite food be pizza?"

"You're basic."

"Excuse you?"

"Shut up and eat it before it gets too cold. I seriously need to bring you somewhere so you can taste what your actual favorite foods should be. Are you sure you tried something other than pizza in your life?" She asked and I couldn't believe her.

"Consider me offended. I'll eat your stupid food." I stated before taking a bite of the pizza.

It was actually very good, but I didn't want to give her that just yet.

"So, how is it?"

"It's fine, I guess." I tried acting as annoyed as I could and was happy when I saw she fell for it.

"You little..."

"Are you ready to go home?!" I heard Morgan yell as they walked into my room while I was packing my stuff, making me drop the t-shirts I had in my hands.

"Holy fuck! Are you insane?"

"Nope, just happy. You know insane me, this isn't it."

"Yeah, insane you is drunk and wears crop tops as skirts."

"You did not just..."

"I did. Anyways, where is Jules?"

"She's getting us some coffee, Stewart is waiting for us outside, so hurry up."

I nodded at picked up the pace as I was getting everything in the suitcase River brought me.

Once I was finished I went to the reception to sign my discharge papers and I was finally ready to go home.
