Chapter seven: Back to College

After a month and an extra week of staying at home, it's time for school. I was excited and not really excited about it. I got downstairs to eat breakfast while I get ready for college but I saw my mom and dad fully dressed. I was confused.

Ava: Morning mom, morning dad. What is the celebration?

Mom: It's the big day Ava. Your dad and I got a photoshoot for a popular brand that we never thought would call us

Dad: That's right. We waited, we have done everything we could and everything they want for them to call us but they never did until now. Isn't that amazing?

Ava: Good for you both. What brand is that? Are you going to be home late?

Mom: Should I say it or do you want to say it together?

Dad: Yes Yes

Mom/Dad: LOUIS VUITTON (Mom shrieks)

Mom: Omg I'm soo excited that I woke up before my alarm went off

Ava: I'm happy for you both, really

Mom: Thanks sweetie

Ava: So tell me will you be back home late?

Dad: What's with you and that question? Are you planning to bring your friends over?

Ava: No no. I just want to know

Mom: Darling don't fuss about it. It's fine Ava and yes we will be back home late

Ava: Alright. Wait mom, Amelia and Emma are still sleeping and you're okay with that?

Mom: They are on holiday

Ava: Lucky

Mom: Get ready. We will be leaving soon

Ava: What? It's not even time yet, I can wait for two hours in college doing nothing

Dad: Then you have to find your way to college because we can't be late because of you. We cannot.

Ava: I'll use the bus then

Mom: Okay sweetheart. We're leaving now (hand me money) That's for the bus. Please be good in college, you don't want to end up staying at home again (kiss my cheek)

Ava: I'll be good mom. Good luck with your photo shoot

Mom: Thank you

Ava: Byeee. Bye dad

Dad: Bye

After few hours of waiting I left for college, I was a bit nervous. I worried about what people would say, I worry about saying Josh because I didn't want anything to do with him but I was excited about coming back to college because I get to see Joe again.

I got to college that morning and Ellen rushed to me.

Ellen: Omg hey, welcome back

Ava: Huh thank you. Why are you acting this way, we literally called yesterday (I chuckled)

Ellen: I know, I know. I just haven't seen you for a while since you left

Ava: You're scaring me but thank you for the welcome

Ellen: Anything for you. Also have you heard about what happened to Josh

Ava: Josh? What happened?

Ellen: Because he used to bully people, he was told to change college but because you know his dad is rich, he is back

Ava: Ugh. Soo annoying. I hope I don't see him at all today

Ellen: Speak of the devil

Ava: What? He is behind me?

Ellen: Yes

I turned to see josh looking a little furious at me

Josh: I thought you would miss me but it seems like you don't

Ava: Whatever josh. Go away

Josh: Well it's okay if you don't miss me because I do. I miss you girl and I love you.

Ava: Go away

Josh: I know you don't want me but I'll keep trying baby girl (he said flirty)

Ava: Come on Ellen, let's go.

I left where josh was almost forgetting to submit my assignment I rushed to the principal's office.

Ava: (Knock)

Principal: Come on in

Ava: Morning Mrs. I sorry I almost forgot about submitting my assignment but I'm done with it. Well ish. I don't know everything

Principal: It's a good thing you submitted it and it doesn't matter if you didn't do everything. You submitting and doing half is all that matters by the way, how are you doing?

Ava: Really good, thank you for asking

Principal: Great. What class do you have now?

Ava: I don't have any class until 9:30 but it's psychology class at that time

Principal: Alright. Also please try to avoid josh, I know he is a bit of a problem but try to avoid getting in trouble with him

Ava: I'll try. Thank you

Principal: You're welcome. You can leave now.

I left the office but I was regretting why I didn't ask her why she lets josh back to college. She knows he is definitely going to cause more problems. I guess money solves almost everything.
