1078 words. Say hello to my gay children!
"I'm not gay!" She shouted.
"You kissed a girl!" Her brother replied.
Months earlier. . .
"Hey jackass."
"Hey bitch." Kytha was currently on one knee in front of her locker, picking up some spilled paper. She didn't bother to turn around. She knew who it was. Destiny. She didn't know what happened, but one day this girl came up to her and started to act rude. So Kytha, being the stubborn person she is, was rude right back to her. They've been at each other's necks ever since. Kytha tucked her dark hair behind her ear, sighing and trying to ingore the other.
((A/N: it's pronounced Kai-thaw))
The shorter, blonde girl scoffed. "Fuck you."
Kytha stood up, making Destiny flinch slightly because of her height. Kytha was five feet, nine inches tall, almost as tall as her older, male twin. "Why don't you fuck me yourself?"
"Wha-"
"Hm, actually," She stepped closer. Before Destiny could process anything, she was pushed against the locker. When she tried to move, something blocked her path. Looking up, she froze. Kytha had pressed her body against Destiny's. The blonde's breath got stuck when her green eyes met the other's icey blue ones. The light was behind Kytha, making her eyes seem like they were shining. "You seem more like a bottom~" She whispered, then left.
Legend says that Destiny has been frozen in the same position ever since.
...
"Has Destiny been acting more weird lately?" Kytha's brother, Keith, asked.
"Uh, no?" She replied.
"I mean, she's been a lot more mean to you lately. What did you do?" Maryam asked. She was one of the twins' friends.
Kytha thought for a moment. The only difference between them that happened lately was Kytha pinning her to the lockers. "I didn't do anything."
...
"FUCK!"
Destiny paced back and forth in her room. No, no, no, no! She could not be getting attached to that black haired bitch! Yeah, that's right! She was a bitch. Destiny just had to remind herself that.
...
"Hey, sorry about my sister." Ray apologized. He, like his sister, was a green eyed blonde. Except his hair was darker due to only one of their parents being blonde. Despite Destiny being his sister, him and the twins got along well. He and Keith were best friends.
"Eh, it's fine." Kytha shrugged.
"She's been acting weird."
"Like how?" Maryam asked. She didn't look over as she was fixing the front of her hijab in her phone's camera.
"She's been in her room a lot, yelling and pacing."
"Damn. Since when?"
"Last week."
Kytha cut in. "What day last week?"
"Wow, I never knew you cared about her." Keith grinned.
"I don't. I want to see if it was something I did."
"Why? To apologize?"
"To rub it in her face."
"Alright fine. Last Thursday."
Kytha looked shocked. Had flirting with her actually effect her like that? "Alright." She grinned.
...
"Destiny's been mean, then really mean, and now she's nicer than the first time." Keith hummed.
"Yeah," Ray agreed. "She's been tolerating you a lot more." He looked at Kytha.
"Hooray." She spoke sarcastically.
"What? Don't you want her to stop bothering you?" Maryam asked. The dark skinned hijabi was poking at her food, bored.
"I do, but what if she's planning something."
"Yeah, fair."
...
What the hell happened?!
Destiny was pacing in her room again. Why was her head filling up with things about that sapphire eyed bitch, things that she didm't hate? Wasn't she supposed to think the opposite? Was Destiny sick or something? She laid down in bed and hugged a pillow to herself, unable to think of anything else but those baby blue eyes.
...
"The answer's thirty six."
"Huh-?" Destiny looked over and saw none other than Kytha. She was at her desk and the taller of them was standing.
"The answer's thirty six," She leaned down to get closer. Destiny's breath got caught in her throat for a moment. "Dumbass." The other grinned and backed away. Destiny noticed a stick of her gum was missing when Kytha backed away. When she looked over at her to see if she had stolen it, Kytha caught her gaze and grinned, throwing the gum up and catching it with her teeth before chewing.
Destiny didn't do anything because the teacher had just walked in. ((Yeah, totally))
...
"Fucking shit!" Destiny cursed again. She hugged one of her pillows close, squeezing it. This has been happening a lot more recently. Destiny couldn't tell what was wrong with her. She didn't do anything strange lately so it couldn't have been her fault. She was confused all of the time and she didn't know why.
Why was she even thinking about that raven coloured haired, ocean blue eyed, smooth, hot-but-also-cute-when-she-smiles-happily, asshole doing with her head?!
. . . WaIT-
...
Destiny took an 'am I gay' quiz.
...
Destiny, with her now accepted feelings, calmed her breathing down. She processed everything for a minute. "What am I going to do. . ?" She ignored that and went into the cafeteria.
It's been a few weeks. Destiny's mental state had calmed down, but only a little. Now, she was watching Kytha from a different table in the cafeteria, wondering what had made her so attached.
Now she understood. Looking closer, Kytha was. . . Gorgeous, was the word Destiny settled for. The other laughed over something and smiled. Destiny gripped her own wrists. Kytha pushed her tray away a little. Destiny was worried for a moment until she realized it was empty and she finished. Kytha crossed her arms over the table and rested her head on them, only half her face peeked through.
Her icy blue eyes briefly made contact with Destiny's. Destiny looked away.
...
"Maryam!"
"Yeah?"
Kytha sat down beside Maryam and hugged her. "Hi!"
"What did you do this time."
"Aw, c'mon!" She huffed. "Can't I give my best friend affection?" Maryam looked at her skepticly. "Okay fine, I may have poured chilli in the teachers lounge coffee maker."
"Ms. Hood!" A teacher came up to them. "My office. Now."
"For what?" Kytha asked, standing up.
"You know what, young lady. Not even five minutes ago did you put something in the teachers lounge."
"You mean. . Kytha who's been here for at least ten minutes?" Maryam asked with faux confusion.
"What? Don't lie to me."
"I'm not." Maryam answered. The teacher checked her phone, and walked away. "You owe me." She whispered.
"I know."
I have more, should I post it?
