FORTY
LARISSA COHEN TO JOIN MERCEDES ON A TEN YEAR DEAL
"Do you think that I can take your seat now you're going to Mercedes?"
Yuki Tsunoda questioned his best friend as Larissa Cohen carried him on her back.
For some reason, her friends loved it when she carried them on her back, mainly because she was able to run with them still on her back, which would then make them feel like they were super fast.
Like her.
Yuki's arms were loosely wrapped around her neck, as he was having to make sure that he didn't accidentally strangle her with his hands.
"You're in Formula Four, you're not taking my seat, at least not yet." Larissa Cohen laughed at her friend.
She loved Yuki Tsunoda.
Yuki was the person who made her day better purely by his presence, the person who would travel with a bag full of alcohol and snacks to cheer her up, the person who would make her, her favorite food all the time whenever she needed it.
Yuki was the person who would make sure that her pillows were plump and soft when they stayed together, the person who would always make sure that she had extra blankets, the person who would text her before every single race just so that she would know that he was wishing her the best of luck.
Yuki was the person who would plan parties for her since he knew that she was not a fan of having a birthday.
Yuki was the person that made her forget about her worries, even if it was just for a couple of small moments.
"But I will!" Yuki raised his voice at his best friend until they came to a stop at a restaurant that she had booked for the both of them, and another person who she was close with.
"I've got a table booked for three under the name of Cohen." Larissa spoke to woman at the door of the restaurant, who greeted her with a bright smile.
"Great!" The woman smiled, as she walked the two of them towards a table. "Your other friend already arrived."
"Thank you."
"There you are! I thought that the both of you had got lost or something!"
Nicholas Latifi walked over to his friend and former team mate, before he greeted the small Japanese boy that was beside her.
"Hey, Nicky. Sorry, Yuki just had to make me have sushi from his favorite place." Larissa teased the Tsunoda boy, ruffling his hair as she gave her former team mate a fist bump which was quickly followed by their usual handshake.
"Yeah, but was it the best Sushi that you've ever tasted?" Yuki held his hands up in the air.
"No." Larissa laughed, shaking her head from side to side. "The best sushi that I have ever tasted, was in Tokoyo, when I took Zahra there for her birthday."
"Oooh, talking about birthdays, yours is-"
"Don't. You know that I don't care about my birthday." Larissa shook her head at the Canadian, seeing him slowly nod his head up and down in realisation.
"Sorry, then how about we talk about the fact that you've only gone and signed for MERCEDES FOR TEN WHOLE YEARS!"
Nicholas yelled, making both Yuki and Larissa to immediately hide underneath the table since everybody at the restaurant turned their heads to stare at the three of them because of the volume of his shout.
"Do not shout like that again, and I'll tell you everything." Larissa laughed, staying underneath as table despite the fact that Yuki had slowly pulled his way back up on the seat.
