TWENTY TWO
It was the French Grand Prix qualifying.
André Santos had been released pending further investigation for murder, and the only people aware of the whole murder thing, was Larissa Cohen and Maurizio Arrivabene, along with a couple of other Ferrari workers.
Larissa Cohen was determined to get pole in qualifying whilst wearing her father's race suit, even if she recieved a fine from the FIA for doing so.
And get pole, she did.
As soon as the Brazilian climbed out of the car, she was immediately met with a body which barrelled in to her and lifted her in to the air.
Pierre Gasly lifted his team mate in to the air and on to his shoulders as their team celebrated getting their first pole position of the season, with the rookie that was the one and only Larissa Cohen.
Lewis Hamilton had qualified in second, missing out on pole by less than a thousandth of a second. He could see the girl being praised by her team as he stood next to his team principal who, despite losing pole position, looked happy for the young driver.
"She is good, isn't she?" Toto Wolff muttered as he watched the girl.
"When you grow up like she did, there's no way that she wasn't going to be good." Lewis smiled fondly at the girl that he saw as a little sister.
"I think she will be a good Mercedes driver in the future." The Mercedes team principal thought to himself, hearing his star driver laugh from beside him.
"When I retire, you have to promise me that she'll take my seat." Lewis pressed the man to agree to his suggestion, knowing that she was the only person that he wanted to replace him.
It had to be her.
"How soon is the plan?"
Lewis thought for a moment before speaking.
"Soon."

The media world seemed to love how the Nineteen year old rookie driver that was Larissa Kimi Cohen took pole in qualifying for the French Grand Prix.
What they didn't like however, was that she wore her father's old racing suit, because apparently she was bragging about who her father was, and it apparently made people think that she was only in Formula One because of who her father was.
Rumors began to circulate about her, who she was dating, if she was a lesbian, which team she would be driving for next season, if she was staying in formula one, and a lot more.
Her social media accounts began to blow up, both with love and support, but also a lot of hate and abuse. It varied from little things like her outfits when she was in public to her face and her gender, and also a lot of abuse saying that she was disappointing her father and that she was a disgrace to the name of her father and an embarrassment in the sport.
So what did Larissa do?
Did she cry, or let it bother her?
Of course she didn't.
She posted a photo of herself, stood in her father's trophy room which was filled with trophies from her father's career and posted it to all of her social media accounts with the caption, "dead men can't defend their titles, so I can steal them instead."
It caused outcry and hate everywhere, but it also made some critics of her laugh, showing that she didn't care, and that she was determined enough to go for a win before the season ended.
