FIFTY SIX
"You know that you're an asshole, don't you?"
Fernando Alonso laughed at his best friend as they walked alongside one another, the other man's arm loosely wrapped around his shoulders, though he would occasionally place it on the top of his head to annoy him and tease him over his height.
"You love me for it, Nando."
Luiz Cohen laughed as he noticed the Spanish man trying to hold back a smile at his best friends bright grin which was so full of shit that it was insane and completely ridiculous that it wasn't called a sewer.
"I'll crash in to you." Fernando attempted to fake being angry with him, eyes narrowing in to slits but that only seemed to make Luiz laugh harder.
"Oh please, mate in order to crash in to me, you actually need to be able to get me on the track. The only way you're doing that right now, is when I lap you." Luiz teased him, lightly nudging his cheek with his hand, jumping out of the way just as the Spanish man had attempted to swipe his legs out from underneath him.
"I'll poison your food."
"You can't cook."
Luiz wiggled his eyebrows smugly, his smile growing even when it didn't seem like it was possible for it to do so.
"I'll get one of the others to take you out."
"Now now, Nando. There's no need to cry." Luiz walked in front of the Alonso man but walked backwards, pretending to wipe away tears from the others eyes. "You look like Webber when you cry."
"I do not!"
Fernando's salty exterior melted as he heard the laughter grow from the Brazilian, the two best friends laughing alongside each other as they began to walk in unison.
"How's the baby Cohen doing?" Fernando piped up, mentioning how his best friend had become to a little baby girl only a few months before.
He would visit every month with toys and clothes for the baby, and beers for Luiz, but he still always asked since as his job as uncle, he wanted to check on the little one.
"Baby Cohen sure knows how to pull off the Cohen glare, I tell ya. Sara gave her to me to feed and the glare that she gave her, damn, it will be a hell of a lot more scary when she's older." Luiz cackled, remembering the face of his little adorable baby girl.
The baby girl that he had called Larissa, after his mother.
Kimi had gotten the role of Godfather and his name as her middle name, though that was mainly because the Finnish man had driven Luiz to the hospital just as Sara was about to give birth.
Luiz swore that he had broken at least a dozen driving laws in the process.
"We'll get to watch when she races and people get on her nerves, that glare will make them shit themselves." Fernando smiled as he pictured the scene, his little niece in a racing car in Formula one with her father and uncles all watching on proudly from her garage.
