We need to talk

(August 12 Sunday)
Jan POV
It's Sunday morning and I was laying in bed with my baby it's been a few weeks since our baby boys birthday and the gender reveal and in the last few weeks James has continued to texted my phone and call me but today I wanted to talk to Jermaine and tell him what James was doing and how he wouldn't leave me alone I knew he would be upset but I wanted to be honest with him I loved him janet cuddles with Jermaine for another hour then gets up grabbing her robe putting it on she goes downstairs she washes her hands she decides to make Jermaine's favorite this morning she takes everything out she needs and puts on a pot of coffee as janet is making breakfast for her family her phone goes off she picks it up seeing who it is and puts it back down James was still texting her and wouldn't leave her alone
After 40 mins she finishes making breakfast as Jermaine and the kids come downstairs
Matteo: hi mama *he hugs her*
Skylar: hi mama
Jan: hi my babies good morning did you guys sleep good
Skylar: yeah
Matteo: yeah mama how did you sleep
Jan: I slept good baby you guys go wash your hands for breakfast
They run to wash their hands as Janet's phone goes off again
Jan: good morning baby *she looks at him*
Jermaine: good morning beautiful *he kisses her*
Janet's phone again goes off
They sit down at the table and start to eat breakfast
Matteo: mama
Jan: yes baby
Matteo: can max come over to play today
Jan: um yeah baby I don't see why not I'll texted his mom and see if he can okay
Matteo: okay
As they eat Janet's phone is going off non stop
Jermaine: baby do you need to take that *he looks at her*
Jan: no baby it's not important
Jermaine: it must be cause someone is blowing you up
Just as he says that a call comes through on her phone
Jan: *she gets up going out in the backyard to answer it* what do you want
James: I want to see you Janet please
Jan: no James there is nothing between us leave me alone I'm with my family
James: are you with him
Jan: what do you mean I'm I with him yes I am James don't call my phone again leave me alone
James: I want to see you
Jan: no *she hangs up the phone going back inside she blocks his number*
Jermaine: everything alright love
Jan: yeah everything is great baby *she kisses him* actually baby I need to tell you something *she looks at him*
Jermaine: okay
They sit at the table
Jan: *she grabs his hand looking in his eyes*
Jermaine: what's wrong
Jan: baby do you remember the day of teo birthday party
Jermaine: yeah baby what about it
Jan: do you remember when you got out of the shower and my phone went off and you asked me who I was texting *she looks at him*
Jermaine: yeah baby
Jan: and I told you it was Kelly *she looks down* it wasn't Kelly I was texting
Jermaine: who was it
Jan: it was James
Jermaine: *he pulls his hand away from her* why were you texting him baby seriously his your ex
Jan: I know baby I just told him to leave me alone that was it I swear
Jermaine: he kept following you at the party what was he telling you *he looks at her*
Jan: that you couldn't make me happy that you didn't love me and that I should be having his babies and not yours
Jermaine: do you still love him *he looks at her*
Jan: what *she looks at him* how could you ask me that
Jermaine: answer my question do you still love him
Jan: no baby *she lets tears fall from her eyes* I love you baby that was so long ago I wouldn't
Jermaine: have you met up with him or seen him since Matteo's party
Jan: no baby I wouldn't cheat on you
Jermaine: you sure about that I don't know
Jan: if you don't know that by now then I don't know what we're doing
Jermaine: my wife is telling me her ex has been in contact with her he better not contact you again do I not make you happy anymore hmm
Jan: baby yes
Jermaine: did he touch you hmm put his hands on you
Jan: *she looks at him not saying anything*
Jermaine: answer my question *he raises his voice*
As he does the kids come in the kitchen
Matteo: daddy don't yell at mama *he goes over to janet hugging her whipping her face* mama are you okay don't cry
Jan: *she looks at her baby boy* I'm okay baby mamas big boy always making sure mama is okay
Matteo: cause I'm a big boy and I don't like when you cry mama
Jan: I'm okay baby you and sister go back in the living room okay
Matteo: okay *he turns to Jermaine* daddy don't yell at mama you be nice to mama
They leave the room
Jan: baby I swear nothing has happened between us
Jermaine: do you realize how it makes me feel knowing that another man has touched you that isn't me
Jan: I pushed him away from me baby I'm sorry I just wanted to be honest with you and tell you what happened
She gets up walking away from him going in the living room with the kids
Janet sits with the kids and spends time with them
After 20 mins janet hears the door slam
She gets up going to the window seeing Jermaine pulling out of their driveway
Jermaine leaves the house and decides to drive to the beach to have some time to himself to clear his head after the argument he had with Janet
After a 30 min drive he arrives at the beach he parks and gets out grabbing the blanket out of the trunk he finds a spot and sits down on the blanket he sits and stares out at the ocean he knew his wife loved him and their family he knew he was wrong for yelling at her but he was upset and didn't understand why James continued to texted her and call her when she's told him she doesn't want him I was upset that she lied right to my face about it I always thought we would be honest with each other
Meanwhile with janet and the kids
Janet and the kids have just come inside from playing outside Matteo and max are running around playing with each other while Skylar sits with Janet and (amber max mom)
Matteo and max come in the living room
Matteo: Skylar come play with us come on *he grabs her hand*
Skylar: okay
Amber: his such a good big brother
Jan: thank you yes he is *she smiles*
Amber: Jermaine isn't here
Jan: no his not he went for a drive
Amber: you guys are great parents to your kids
Jan: thank you so much we try can be hard and difficult we just want them to grow up and be normal and give them the best life we can but with who we are and our lives it's hard the paparazzi follow us when we go out with them and they don't like it but we do everything to protect them
(Time skip 8pm)
Max and his mom have just left to go home janet asked them to stay for dinner the kids have just finished eating and we're getting their stuff for showers
Janet goes upstairs
Jan: Skylar teo you guys ready for your baths
Matteo: yeah mama
Skylar: mama can I go first
Jan: yes baby come on
Matteo goes and gets in the bed
Janet turns on the water and puts bubbles in the tub
Jan: Skylar baby you ready
Skylar: yeah mama
Janet puts her in the bath with her toys
Janet washes her body
As Janet has Skylar in the bath she hears Matteo
Matteo: daddy *he hugs him*
Jermaine: hi baby
Matteo: daddy are you going to be nice to mama
Jermaine: yes baby daddy is really sorry that you heard daddy yell at mama
Matteo: cause you love mama daddy your always nice to mama
Jermaine: yes baby where's mama
Matteo: she giving sissy a bath
After 20 mins janet finishes giving Skylar her bath and gets her dressed she fills the bath for Matteo
After a few mins the bath is full
Jan: teo come on your turn *she turns around seeing Jermaine*
Janet puts Matteo in the bath
Skylar: mama can I go play in my room
Jan: yeah baby go ahead
Jermaine comes over to her
Jermaine: *he hands her some roses* can I sit can we talk
Jan: yeah
Jermaine: baby I'm so sorry I'm sorry I yelled at you
Jan: no baby I'm sorry I should have told you I shouldn't have lied to you but I was scared to tell you because I didn't want to lose you *she looks at him* we've been through so much shit together good bad ugly but I would be nothing with my baby without my ride or die you have been my rock and I would never cheat on you I would never jeopardize what we've build together that was in the past before I met you *she cries* what we have the life we've built the way you love me I prayed to god for and he sent me you I have a best friend a lover a husband and the best father to our babies ever baby please forgive me
Jermaine: *he whips her tears kissing her head*
Jan: baby I'm so sorry
Jermaine: shhh shh stop it's okay  but baby please don't talk to him anymore let's grab on babies and cuddle in bed under the covers let's watch a movie how does that sound
Jan: sounds wonderful but I need to shower first
Jermaine: okay go ahead baby I'll watch the kids
Jan: okay love I promise I won't I blocked his number in my phone he can't contact me anymore *she kisses him* baby did you eat and get your plate
Jermaine: no I didn't and good I'm glad you did baby I'm so tried of everyone trying to come between us
Jan: it's in the microwave I know me to baby
Jermaine: okay I need them to realize this is forever and it's not going to change *he kisses her*
Jermaine goes downstairs and heats up his food he eats his food and then goes back upstairs as he comes back in the room the kids come in the room they get in bed with Jermaine
Jermaine: teo baby *he looks at him*
Matteo: yeah daddy
Jermaine: daddy is really really sorry for yelling at mama and daddy apologizes to you and sissy
Matteo: I forgive daddy cause you love mama so much and you treat her good
Jermaine: daddy will always love mama and treat her good and daddy will always love you and sissy and treat you guys good to
Matteo: I love you daddy
Skylar: I love you daddy
Jermaine: daddy loves you guys so much
After 30 mins janet comes out of the bathroom
Jan: aww look at all my babies *she smiles*
Matteo: mama come get in bed with us
Jan: okay baby hold on okay
Janet goes downstairs and sets the alarm she comes back upstairs and gets in bed pulling the covers up on everyone
Jan: everyone warm *she looks at everyone*
Jermaine: yeah
Matteo: yeah mama
Skylar: yeah mama
Jermaine: you guys want to watch a Disney movie
Matteo: yeah
Skylar: yeah
Jan: yeah
He turns on a movie as they all get comfortable in bed
Janet looks at the kids and her husband she was so happy that her and Jermaine were able to talk through what happened and she was finally able to tell him and he honest with him cuddling in bed with her family was something she absolutely loved doing they loved cuddling her with and she couldn't ask for anything more than this moment right here
After 3 hours of watching movies Jermaine looks over and sees the kids and janet have fallen asleep Jermaine lays back and gets comfortable after 20 mins he falls asleep holding his babies

Janet was finally honest with Jermaine about James
Jermaine was very upset
At the thought of another man touching janet
Jermaine is very protective of his family
I truly don't think Janet could live without Jermaine she loves her family so much
Family is the number one priority for them
Teo is such a big boy
Should janet and Jermaine hunker down with the kids until janet gives birth
