Checkup for the twins/ phone call

(Friday November 2nd)
Jermaine POV
It's Friday morning and I was laying in bed with my baby I pull my baby closer to me cuddling her I kiss her head Jermaine decides to cuddle with Janet for over 2 hours he gets up he looks over at the twins who are sleeping peacefully he goes in the kitchen washing his hands he puts on a pot of coffee he decides to make one of Janet's favorite dishes strawberry French toast
He takes everything out that he needs to make breakfast
After 40 mins he finishes making breakfast he makes the plates as the kids come downstairs they run in the kitchen
Matteo: hi daddy
Skylar: hi daddy
Jermaine: hi my babies good morning *he hugs them and kisses them* daddy made breakfast you guys hungry
Skylar: yeah
Matteo: yeah
Jermaine: okay you guys go wash your hands
They run to go wash their hands as janet comes in the kitchen with the twins
Jermaine: well good morning beautiful *he smiles at her*
Jan: good morning baby *she kisses him*
Jermaine: how you feeling love *he holds her as he gently strokes the head of Scarlett*
Jan: mmm I'm okay baby tried I know daddy is tried to
Jermaine: yeah we were up a bit last night couldn't get the twins to go down
Jan: no
Jermaine: what's on the agenda for today love
Jan: we have a doctors appointment with doctor Ed for the twins check up and that's it baby it's cold and raining outside so I just want to do that and then come home don't need the kids getting sick
Jermaine: yeah definitely not love so a nice day in is what it sounds like to me
Jan: yeah plus the kids have school
Jermaine: yeah that's true baby they do when is Stephanie supposed to be here
Jan: she's going to come around 1:30 after we get back from our appointment
Jermaine: oh okay perfect
The kids come back and sit down at the table as janet and Jermaine sit with them janet puts the twins in their swings so she can eat breakfast
Matteo: daddy can I have some chocolate milk
Skylar: me to daddy
Jermaine: yes baby
Jermaine pours them some chocolate milk
40 mins later breakfast is done the kitchen is clean janet Jermaine and the kids are all cuddling on the couch under a blanket until it's time for them to go to the appointment for the twins
Skylar: mama
Jan: yes baby
Skylar: are we staying home today
Jan: you and brother are going to go with mama and daddy to brother and sister doctors appointment and then we're going to come home and stay home okay * she looks at her*

Matteo: mama what time is Ms Stephanie coming
Jan: later like 1:30 baby after we come home
They relax and cuddle on the couch until 12:30pm they get up and go upstairs getting the kids dressed janet puts pants on the kids and the twins making sure they are warm  putting beanies on Matteo and Skylar and making sure the twins have  hats on they grab everything they need blankets bottles diapers
After 15 mins they are out the door and headed to the doctor office after a 20 min drive they arrive at the doctor's office
As they do the paparazzi is right there Jermaine gets out of the car and grabs the stroller janet covers the twins car seats with blankets so the paparazzi can't get pictures of their kids Jermaine straps them into the stroller he helps Matteo and Skylar get out of the car as janet gets out of the car the paparazzi gets closer
Paparazzi: let us see your babies janet Jermaine
Jermaine grabs the stroller to push the twins
Skylar: mama no pictures
Jan: shhh it's okay baby *she grabs her hand and Matteo*
They hurry and go inside they sign in and sit down and wait to be called
Matteo: mama can I have my tablet
Jan: yeah baby here here Skylar
They sit in the waiting room for 10 mins before being called inside
They go in the room and get Matteo and Skylar sitting down giving them their tablets to keep them entertained as she does doctor Ed comes in the room
Doctor Ed: Jermaine janet good to see you guys again
Jan: hi doctor Ed
Jermaine: hi doctor Ed how are you
Doctor: I'm doing well let's get Scarlett up on here first I want to weight her
Janet picks her up
Doctor Ed: I will weight them both in just their diaper
Jan: okay *she takes Scarlett footies pjs off her laying her down as she starts to cry* it's okay baby mama's right here
Doctor Ed: 7 pounds even
Janet puts her up putting her pjs back on as Jermaine grabs jr taking his pjs off and putting him down
Doctor Ed: 7 pounds 2 ounces

Doctor Ed: so their doing great their growing good do you guys have an questions or concerns
Jan: um yes actually I was nursing him maybe a few days ago and he stopped breathing
Doctor Ed: he did do you know for about how long
Jan: maybe a minute or two
Doctor Ed: so sometimes with premature babies their lungs are undeveloped they do have a hard time breathing if it happens again Mrs Mauldin please bring him back actually can you lay him down for me both of them please
Jermaine and Janet lay the twins down he puts his scope on their chests listening to their breathing
Doctor Ed: I don't hear anything of concern they sound great *he looks at them*
Jan: *she breaths out looking at Jermaine* thank you
Jermaine: yes thank you so much we were both scared *he kisses Janet's head*
Doctor Ed: your so welcome Skylar and Matteo have gotten so big
Jan: yeah they have
Doctor Ed: you guys are free to go if you guys have any more questions or concerns please give me a call
Jan: thank you doctor
Jermaine: thank you doctor
Doctor Ed: you guys are so welcome
They all get up and starts to walk out
Doctor Ed: you guys want a sucker *he looks at Matteo and Skylar*
Matteo: yeah
Skylar: yeah
Doctor Ed: can they have a sucker
Jan: yeah
He gives them suckers

Jermaine stops putting blankets on Scarlett and Jermaine jr and then covering their car seats with blankets hooking them on to the stroller
They go outside Jermaine grabs Matteo and Skylar's hand as janet pushes the stroller
They ignore the paparazzi as they rush to the car
They get all the kids in the car and drive away
After a 30 min drive they arrive at the house Jermaine gets the twins out of the car as janet takes Matteo and Skylar in the house Jermaine helps Skylar change into her pjs and Matteo changes into his
After 20 mins there is a ring of the doorbell janet goes and answers the door it's Stephanie
Jan: Stephanie hello
Stephanie: Janet how are you
Jan: I'm doing well please come in
She comes inside and Janet takes her in the kitchen where Jermaine has just put the kids lunch on their plates he makes Janet's plate and his
He gives the kids their lunch

Matteo: hi Ms Stephanie
Skylar: hi Ms Stephanie

Jan: okay love hold on I need to put the twins down *she puts the twins in the stroller laying them down she moves them closer to her as she sits down to eat* thank you baby

They all sit down and eat lunch
Two hours later the kids are doing school while janet and Jermaine are watching the twins sleeping

Jermaine turns on a movie for them to watch
(Three hours later 6pm)
Jermaine is making dinner as janet comes in the kitchen

Jermaine: the kids okay
Jan: yes I just turned on a movie for teo and Skylar
Jermaine: the twins good
Jan: yeah *she kisses him* I'll let you finish cooking
Jermaine: dinner will be done soon love
Jan: okay baby I'm going to hang and gets some cuddles in with the kids

Janet goes in the living room and sits on the couch
Matteo: mama can you cuddle us and watch the movie with us

After another 30 mins dinner is finish Jermaine makes the plates and then goes in the living room

The kids come back to the table and sit down

She sits down

As they eat their food and enjoy their dinner Jermaine phone rings
He picks up his phone it's his manager Melinda
Melinda: hey Jermaine can you talk
Jermaine: um I'm having dinner with my family right now can I call you later after the kids go down  *he looks at janet*
Melinda: yeah of course
He hangs up as they go back to eating dinner
Jan: who was that baby everything okay
Jermaine: yeah baby it was Melinda I'll call her back after we get the kids down
Skylar: mama
Jan: yes baby *she looks at her*
Skylar: when do we get to see grandma again
Jan: um not sure baby you guys miss grandma
Matteo: yeah
Jan: hopefully soon baby
Matteo: can we call grandma later mama
Jan: yeah we'll call her after dinner okay

Jan: okay baby after dinner okay *she smiles at her*

20 mins they finish dinner Jermaine clears the table loading the dishwasher as janet takes the kids in the living room she calls mother she picks up
Katherine: hi baby
Jan: hi mother
Skylar: hi grandma
Matteo: hi grandma
Katherine: what are you guys doing
Matteo: we just finished eating with mama and daddy
Katherine: grandma misses you guys
Matteo: we miss you to grandma
Skylar: miss you grandma when you come here
Katherine: maybe soon baby okay
Jan: definitely have to come see us mother we miss you
Katherine: let's set something up
Jan: maybe we can come over next weekend and stay with us
Katherine: I would love that I can help you guys with the kids
Jan: yes definitely mother
Katherine: next weekend it is then I can't wait to see you guys
Jan: we can't wait to see you to mother
Katherine: I love you guys I'll let you guys go so you guys can get settled for the night

Matteo: love you grandma

They Hangup as Jermaine comes in the living room
Jermaine and Janet cuddle with Matteo and Skylar as janet feeds the twins
Jermaine and Janet spend a few hours cuddling their babies it's now 9pm and they have just gotten the kids down to bed
Jermaine: baby *he kneels down to her as she sits on the bed watching the twins looking around*
Jan: yes love
Jermaine: why don't you go take some time for yourself and go jump in the shower *he looks at her*
Jan: *she looks over at the twins*
Jermaine: I got them baby go please *he kisses her*
Jan: thank you baby I love you *she smiles*

Jan: wait baby let me go warm some bottles for them
Janet goes downstairs and warms two bottles for the twins she comes back upstairs as Jermaine gets the twins situated
Janet goes and jumps in the shower
As janet is in the shower Jermaine gets the twins down he puts them in their bassinets next to their bed as his phone rings
He answers its Melinda
Jermaine: hey Melinda
Melinda: hey Jermaine can you talk
Jermaine: yeah now I can what's up
Melinda: so I got a call from Diddy and ti and bow wow
Jermaine: okay for what
Melinda: they are doing a tour together and they want you to join and open for them
Jermaine: oh wow really
Melinda: yes they like Hounded me calling me non stop to get you
Jermaine: I mean that is incredible wow I'm honored they want me to do it but I don't know
Melinda: Jermaine please they have begged me it would start  November 30th
Jermaine: I don't know Melinda I mean me and janet just welcomed our twins into this world their not even two months old
Melinda: I know and I know that your all about your family now being a husband and a father are everything to you  and you know I respect that all I'm asking is think about please
Jermaine: give me a few days to think about  it and talk to my wife I'll call you back cause I really don't know at this moment *he looks over at the twins*
Melinda: okay
He hangs up just as janet comes out of the bathroom
She goes over to Jermaine kissing him sitting on his lap
Jan: thank you for getting them sleep
Jermaine: your welcome baby you ready for some snuggles
Jan: yes *she smiles kissing him*
She lays down as he cuddles her holding her in his arms he turns on the tv so they can watch their show
(Time skip 2am)
It's 2am and janet is up feeding the twins as Jermaine is in the studio making a beat after 20 mins janet gets the twins down she goes downstairs and goes in the studio she sneaks up behind Jermaine kissing his neck
Jermaine: *he turns around in his chair* hey love
Jan: hi baby
Jermaine: you okay mama
Jan: yeah I'm good our babies are sleeping I was coming to get my husband I'm cold
Jermaine: you want some snuggles baby
Jan: yes I do baby
Jermaine: alright come on
Jan: your beat sounds great baby
Jermaine: thanks baby
He grabs her hand going upstairs he gets in bed as she does the same he pulls her to him kissing her head
Jermaine: snuggles with my baby
Jan: snuggles with you are the best baby *she looks at him kissing him*
Jermaine: I love you
Jan: I love you to baby
Jermaine pulls their blankets up on them
Jermaine: you warm love
Jan: yeah baby
After over an hour they both finally fall asleep

Jermaine and Janet went to the doctor for the twins check up they are doing great
Janet told doctor Ed what happened with Jermaine jr
The paparazzi really be all over them when they go out trying to take pictures of their kids
They spent a nice day at home after the appointment
Jermaine has gotten asked to go on tour
How will he tell Janet
Will he do it since they have just had the twins
