Jermaine POV
It's Tuesday morning and I'm laying in bed with my baby holding her close to me the last 12 days have been very difficult for everyone I've never seen mybaby so sad but she was doing her best to be strong and I was doing my best as her husband to keep her spirits lifted and give her and our babies extra love and snuggles and cuddles everyday I was also making sure Katherine and Michael's children were good they seemed to be enjoying being here enjoying being around me janet and the kids me and janet have made sure they were comfortable they all had their own rooms and just made sure that they felt included in everything even if that was just chilling at the house today was going to be a difficult day for everyone today was Michael's public memorial service
After cuddling janet for another 10 mins Jermaine gets up and goes downstairs to make breakfast for everyone he puts on a pot of coffee he decides to make eggs bacon and pancakes for everyone
After 40 mins he finishes making breakfast as everyone comes downstairs
Matteo and Skylar run up to Jermaine
Matteo: daddy
Skylar: daddy
Jermaine: good morning my babies *he hugs them tight* oh sorry you guys *he looks at them as he doesn't have a shirt on*
Prince: good morning uncle Jermaine *he hugs him*
Jermaine: good morning prince
Paris: good morning uncle Jermaine
Jermaine: good morning Paris *he hugs her*
Blanket: good morning uncle Jermaine
Jermaine: good morning blanket *he hugs him* you guys go wash your hands for breakfast please tay tay *he looks at him*
Matteo: yes daddy
Jermaine: where's mama
Matteo: upstairs she's changing brother and sister
Jermaine: okay
After a few mins janet comes downstairs with the twins as everyone sits at the table the doorbell rings janet goes to get it she opens the door it's pat and Michael
Jan: hi pat hi Michael *she hugs them*
Pat: hi Janet how are you
Michael: hi Janet
Jan: I'm hanging in there today is going to be hard
They all go in the kitchen
Matteo: grandma grandpa *he hugs them*
Skylar: grandma grandpa *she hugs them*
Pat: hi our sweet grand babies
Michael: you guys are getting so big and look at the twins dear
Pat: I know dear their so precious
Michael: hi son hi everyone
Jermaine: hi dad hi mom I have breakfast ready everyone please sit
Janet straps the twins in their high chairs and comes up behind Jermaine kissing the back of his neck
Jermaine: *he smiles grabbing her hand kissing it* hi my love
Jan: baby please go out a shirt on
Jermaine: sorry baby *he runs upstairs grabbing his shirt putting it on*
They all sit down to have breakfast
(Time 9:00am)
Janet Katherine and prince Paris and blanket are dressed and ready to go to the funeral home where Michael is being held to have a viewing privately before the memorial
Matteo: mama you look pretty
Skylar: mama are we going to *she looks at her*
Jan: *she takes the kids over to the couch sitting them down with Jermaine* you guys are going to stay with daddy
Matteo: but why can't we go mama
Jan: *she pulls them to sit on her lap* my babies you guys are going to stay here because the service for uncle is going to be long and mama and daddy both don't want people to take pictures of you guys  and video
Matteo: you want to keep us safe right mama
Jan: that's right baby your guys safety is the most important thing but you guys can watch on tv with daddy
Skylar: we can mama
Jan: yes
Skylar: daddy can we watch it on tv with you
Jermaine: of course babies we can cuddle on the couch and watch it okay but you guys can't go with mama to many people are going to be there and we don't want you guys to get hurt
Katherine: Jan we have to go
Jan: okay mother *she gets up hugging her babies kissing them* mama loves you guys so so much you guys are going to be good for daddy
Matteo: yeah
Skylar: yeah we stay home with daddy mama right daddy
Jermaine: that's right princess *he smiles*
Janet holds the twins kissing them she puts them down on the couch as Jermaine gets up wrapping his arms around her
Jan: *she holds onto him tight*
Jermaine: it's going to be okay baby you've got this and we'll be here when you get back
Jan: I love you *she kisses him*
Jermaine: I love you to you look beautiful baby
Jan: thank you baby
After 10 mins the whole fam are in the cars leaving the house
After 35 mins they arrive at their destination
As they get out of the cars they spot helicopters overhead they go inside janet greets all of her brothers and sisters and joe
Jackie: where's Jermaine and the kids
Jan: their at home his on daddy duty I didn't want to bring the kids to many people and it's a long service plus it's been televised and I didn't want them to be on tv and be seen
Rebbie: you guys have always been about protecting your children
Jan: always no matter what
They go inside and sit down
Latoya: he looks so good *she lets the tears fall*
Jan: yeah he does we miss you so much mike
They spend a total for 30 mins there before they get in their cars and follow the hearse to the staple center as they drive along the freeway they have a police escort as the news tracks them and covers the story
Reporter: the Jackson family are headed to the staple center where Michael Jackson memorial service will take place this will be the first time we see all of the family together
Reporter #2: yes it will be were told their headed to the staple center now
Reporter #2:and who are we expected to see
Reporter: um his mother Katherine of course his children his siblings among other family members
Reporter #2: do you think we will see Janet Jackson's husband and their children today
Reporter: and that's the big question janet Jackson has been very private about her family life and her children we don't ever really see her children very rarely her and her husband have really done their best to keep them out of the spotlight
(10:30am)
Everyone is seated as the choir starts to sing as the family walks in everyone takes their seats as the service starts
Meanwhile with Jermaine and the kids
Skylar: daddy has it started *she looks at him*
Jermaine: it's about to baby come here
They sit down sitting on each side of Jermaine while the twins are on his lap
Skylar: look daddy *she points to the tv* there's mama
Jermaine: yeah baby there's mama she looks pretty huh *he looks at her*
Matteo: yeah
Skylar: yeah
As the morning goes on and the service goes on every time they pan the camera to the family Jermaine looks at his wife as she tries to keep herself together he knew she was being strong because the eyes of the world were watching but he knew his wife and he knew she was breaking inside she missed her big brother and he knew it made it harder for her and for them both to know he would not get to see them renew their vows and pledge their love to each other again he was so excited when they told him about the ceremony he couldn't wait to go and be there and even told me he wanted to walk janet down the aisle again
(Time skip 3pm)
Jermaine has just gotten the twins down for a nap as everyone comes in the door Jermaine's mom has just finished making lunch
Everyone goes upstairs to change clothes and get comfortable they come back downstairs
Paris prince and blanket go over to Jermaine and give him a hug
Jermaine: *he hugs them tight* it's going to be okay you guys me and your auntie are here for you guys to help you through this
They hug for a full 5 mins
Jermaine always loved Michael's kids and they loved being around him and their auntie janet they always loved coming over and playing with the kids
They go and wash their hands as janet comes up to him
Jermaine: hi baby come here *he wraps his arms around her*
Jan: *she holds him tight*
Jermaine: it's okay baby it's going to be okay I promise look at me
Jan: *she looks at him*
Jermaine: it's going to be okay we're going to get through this I love you I got you
Jan: I love you to *she kisses him*
Jermaine: mom made lunch let's get you feed and our babies feed
They all go and sit at the table
Jan: thank you pat for making lunch
Pat: your so welcome I know it's been a very hard day for everyone
They all start to eat their lunch as they eat jermaine watches janet as she sits there
Jermaine: baby please eat your food
Jan: *she looks at him*
Janet starts to eat her food
After 10 mins she done and gets up going in the living room
Jermaine looks and gets up going in the living room
Jermaine: baby you okay
Jan: *she whips her tears* I'm fine
Jermaine: your not fine look at me
Jan: *she looks at him*
Jermaine: your not fine baby and that's okay your grieving *he holds her against his chest*
Jan: baby this is so hard this is so difficult
Jermaine: I know it is baby but we've got this I got you I promise baby we're going to get through this everyday step by step look at me
Jan: *she looks at him*
Jermaine: I love you with my whole heart baby you are my heart you are my life you and our babies and as your husband it breaks my heart to see you like this but I'm going to do everything in my power to be here for you love on you snuggle you cuddle you whatever you need I'm here
Jan: I'm in need of extra love from my husband *she looks at him* be my rock like you always have
Jermaine: I got you baby *she kisses her lips*
As everyone comes in the living room
Skylar: mama can we watch a movie
Jan: of course we can baby
They sit on the couch with janet and Jermaine and Michael kids
Jermaine: what do you guys want to watch
Paris: Disney movie uncle Jermaine
Skylar: yeah daddy
Jermaine: alright everyone good with that
Katherine: yeah
Pat: yeah
Jermaine: baby you good with that
Jan: yeah baby
He turns on a Disney movie for them to watch as he does the twins start to cry through the monitor
Jan: I'll get them baby
Janet goes up to their nursery she goes over to their cribs picking them up she lays them down to changes their diapers
After changing their diapers she sits down in the rocking chair she pulls her shirt down and unhooks her bra and helps the twins latch on
Jan: my sweet babies mama loves you both so much *she strokes their heads*
As janet feeds the twins she starts to cry
Meanwhile downstairs
Pat: Jermaine where did janet go
Jermaine: she's upstairs changing the twins but she's been up there a minute let me go check on her
Jermaine gets up and goes upstairs to the twins nursery
Jermaine: baby
Jan: yeah babe *she whips her face*
He goes in and goes over to her
Jermaine: *he kneels down to her* you okay
Jan: yeah baby I'm okay
Jermaine: *he looks at her kissing her hand* I just came up here to check on you and say I love you *he kisses her lips*
Jan: *she looks at him* I love you to *she pushes her lips out* give me another one
Jermaine: *he kisses her lips again sliding his tongue in her mouth* my baby
Jan: baby
Jermaine: yes my love
Jan: can my husband give me a massage tonight
Jermaine: of course I can baby
(Time skip 11pm)
Janet has just finished cleaning up she goes upstairs her husband was so sweet he got the kids down for the night she goes in their bedroom but doesn't see him
Jan: baby
Jermaine: *he comes out of the bathroom* right here baby *he grabs her hand* come here love
They go in the bathroom
Jan: Awwl baby
Jermaine: how about a bath with my baby
Jan: I would love to

They get undressed as Jermaine helps her into the bath tub she sits across from him
Jermaine: why you way over there *he grabs her hand* come over here baby
She goes over to him leaning back across him
Jan: hmm this feels so good *she smiles* a nice hot bath rose petals candles with my baby is exactly what I needed today
Jermaine: I'm glad baby I figured this would be nice to have some quiet time a nice bath the kids are down for the night it's been a long day *he kisses her cheek*
Jan: definitely been a very long day baby
Jermaine: over the next few days baby we're going to relax and rest *he looks at her* we need it you need it okay
Jan: okay baby I heard the media asking where our kids where when I was going inside the staple center
Jermaine: the media doesn't need to worry about where our kids are we're protecting them
Jan: yes we are baby always will no matter what
Jermaine: always our family is first priority over everything else
Jan: yes baby always
Jermaine: family time cuddle time with our babies and obviously your mom and the kids
Jan: yes baby I love the sound of that *she looks at him*
Jermaine: I love you *he kisses her*
Jan: I love you to baby *she gets up sitting on his lap she kisses him grabbing him placing him in her as she slides down on him she throws her head back* I'll be quiet baby I promise *she kisses him*
Jermaine: fuck your so tight baby ride daddy baby
Jan: *she bounces harder on him* oh fuck baby
Jermaine: fuck baby your so beautiful shit
Jan: feels so good baby
(2 hours later)
They lay in bed out of breath
Jermaine: you okay baby
Jan: I'm great baby *she kisses his chest* thank you for tonight
Jermaine: your welcome baby we need to do a date night baby it's been forever get dressed up and go out have some fun go to dinner *he looks at her*
Jan: I don't know baby I really don't want to deal with the paparazzi
Jermaine: please baby I think you really need a good night out
Jan: okay *she looks at him* I'll do it for you
Jermaine: okay thank you baby I can't wait *he kisses her* I love you let's get some sleep
Jan: I love you to thank you for being so sweet and loving to me baby I really have the best husband ever
Jermaine: always baby I got you baby always
After 20 mins they both fall asleep

The world watched as the family came together
