Jan POV
I'm laying in bed with my baby I loved being wrapped in sheets with my baby we ended our night the best way we could I'm so glad my baby had the best time yesterday for his birthday I cuddle up to my baby kissing his chest she gets up grabbing her robe putting it on she grabs the baby monitor going downstairs with her cell phone she washes her hands puts on a pot of coffee she decides to make eggs bacon and homemade waffles
As janet starts to prepare breakfast her phone rings
Jan: this is Janet hello
Kenneth: janet it's ken
Jan: hi ken what's up
Kenneth: so um I got a call from Versace
Jan: okay
Kenneth: he wants you to attend his show tomorrow
Jan: I would love to
Kenneth: perfect that's great
Jan: um let me eat breakfast with my family and take my kids to school and then I'll leave out
Kenneth: okay I know Jermaine and the twins birthday was yesterday and I know you don't like to leave your family
Jan: it's okay I'll talk to my husband
Janet hangs up and finishes making breakfast
After 40 mins she finishes making breakfast she makes the plates as her family comes downstairs first Skylar and Matteo and then jermaine comes down with Jr and Scarlett
Skylar: hi mama
Matteo: hi mama
Jan: hi my babies *she kisses them* how did you guys sleep
Matteo: good mama
Skylar: good mama
Jan: you guys go wash your hands for breakfast
They run to wash
As Jermaine straps the twins in their high chairs
Jan: good morning my love *she smiles kissing his neck*
Jermaine: good morning baby *he turns to her kissing her lips* how did you sleep
Jan: hmmm *she bites her lip* sleep what sleep baby
Jermaine: *he laughs* the sleep we didn't get
Jan: definitely didn't get any sleep baby *she kisses his lips*
Jermaine: let's eat baby
They sit down to eat as the kids come back to the table janet gives small pieces of food on the twins trays
They all sit down and eat their breakfast the home was filled with balloons everywhere from the twins party they had so much fun yesterday
After 40 mins breakfast is done dishes are running in the dishwasher
The kids are in the living room janet is upstairs packing after 10 mins she comes back down with her suitcase she goes in the living room
Jan: come here babies
They sit on the couch with Jermaine
Jan: mama has to go
Matteo: wait mama where are you going
Jan: mama has some appearances to make for work baby
Jermaine: how long are you gone baby
Jan: 14 days baby
Skylar: but mama that's a long time
Matteo: yeah mama
Jan: I know babies but you'll be with daddy
Jermaine: we got to get you two ready and off to school
Jan: yeah we do baby come on let's go get you guys dressed
They run upstairs to get the kids dressed for school after 20 mins they have the kids in the car the twins stayed at the house with Katherine and pat after a 20 min drive they arrive they park jermaine gets out and goes around letting Janet out as soon as he does paparazzi is all over her he lets the kids out grabbing their hands while janet Carries their backpacks
Janet Janet where have you been how's the family janet
She walks in front of Jermaine trying to block her face from cameras
The paparazzi get really really close to janet almost knocking her over
Jan: can you guys please stop get out of my face
Matteo: daddy they're being mean to mama
Jermaine: it's okay baby
They finally make it inside
Janet looks at Jermaine
Matteo: mama are you okay
Jan: yeah baby mamas okay *she looks at him*
Skylar: they almost knock you over mama
Jermaine: you okay love
Jan: yeah I'm fine baby
Everyone turns and looks everyone begins to whisper
The teacher  comes up to them
Hi I'm Ms Ashley
Jan: hi I'm janet this is my husband Jermaine and this is Skylar and Matteo
Jermaine: nice to meet you
Ms Ashley: well welcome to my first grade class are you Skylar *she kneels down looking at Skylar*
Skylar: *she turns around looking at janet*
Jan: it's okay baby say hi
Skylar: hi
Ms Ashley: hi are you excited for your first day of school
Jan: she's a little nervous
Ms Ashley: Awwl that's okay um let me show you guys her desk and where she can put her backpack
She shows them janet hangs her backpack up as they do they hear screaming outside the door
They look up and see paparazzi has come inside the school and are taking pictures through the windows
Jan: seriously *she looks at Jermaine* they don't go away
Skylar: mama no pictures
Jermaine: it's okay baby
Jermaine picks her up janet rubs her back
Do they always do that ask one of the parents
Jan: yeah they do and they don't like it
She puts Skylar down and has her sit in her seat
Jan: Skylar baby mama and daddy have to take your brother to his class okay
Skylar: I want you to stay with me mama *she gets up hugging her*
Jan: Awwl baby we can't
Skylar: mama you and daddy pick me up
Jan: daddy is going to pick you up baby mama will be gone
Skylar: but I want mama to stay home and not go *she cries*
Jan: *she holds her tight in her arms* I know baby and mama is sorry but mama has to work *she looks at Jermaine*
She lets go janet can see how sad their babygirl is
Jan: can mama have another hug and a kiss
Skylar: *she gives her a hug and a kiss as she cries*
Jan: mama loves you baby you have daddy call me later so you can tell me all about your day okay
Skylar:   Okay I love you mama
Jan: are you going to be a good girl for daddy
Skylar: *she shakes her head yes*
Jermaine: can daddy get a hug baby
Skylar: *she hugs Jermaine*
Jermaine: don't cry baby it's going to be okay hey look at daddy
Skylar: *she looks at him*
Jermaine: *he whispers in her ear* how does that sound
Skylar: yeah
Jermaine: *he smiles* okay but you have to have a good day at school okay
Skylar: okay
Jermaine: alright mama and daddy are going to go take your brother to his class
Skylar: okay *she cries*
Matteo: your going to have fun sissy
Jan: don't cry baby *she hugs her*
As they leave her classroom the paparazzi is all right there Jermaine takes his jacket off covering Matteo's face
Jan: come on baby
They go to Matteo's classroom
Oh my god it's Janet jackson one of the parents say
Hi welcome I'm Ms smith
Jan: hi I'm janet this is my husband Jermaine and our son Matteo
Ms smith: nice to meet you janet big fan nice to meet you Jermaine *she shakes their hands* hi Matteo
Matteo: hi *he shakes her hand*
Ms smith: you can put your backpack over here Matteo
Janet and Jermaine walk with him to put his backpack down
Ms smith: here's your desk
He sits down
Jan: our big boy *she smiles at Jermaine*
Jermaine: I know it's sad
Janet kneels down looking at the time
Jan: teo baby
Matteo: yes mama
Jan: you going to be a good boy for daddy
Matteo: yeah I'm going to be daddy's helper while your gone mama *he looks at her*
Jan: I'm sure daddy will love that
Matteo: mama *he grabs her hand*
Jan: yes baby
Matteo: do you have to go
Jan: yeah baby I do
Matteo: you and daddy always have to leave for work it's not fair
Jan: I know baby but mama will be back and home before you know it give me hug me and daddy are going to go
Matteo: bye mama *he hugs her tightly as he lets the tears fall down his face*
She pulls back and sees their son crying as she whips her face from her tears
Jan: don't cry baby
Matteo: it's not fair
Jan: can mama have one kiss and hug
Matteo: *he hugs her tight and kisses her cheek*
Jan: I love you baby
Matteo: I love you to mama
Jan: daddy will be here later to pick up you and sissy okay
Matteo: okay bye daddy *he hugs him kissing his cheek*
Jermaine: bye baby daddy loves you daddy will be here after school to pick you and sissy up okay
Matteo: okay I love you daddy
Jan: have a good day baby okay you have daddy call me later so you can tell me all about your day
Matteo: okay
They leave the school and get in the truck leaving they drive to the airport
Jermaine: you okay baby *he holds her hand*
Jan: I'm sad to leave they were really sad I hate leaving you guys
After 40 mins they arrive at the airport Jermaine park he gets out and grabs Janet's suitcase he goes and opens Janet's door as she gets out she closes the door Jermaine locks the truck as the paparazzi takes pictures of them they go inside the airport walking hand in hand
They stop by her gate as people take photos of them and point to them
Jermaine: *he holds her in his arms* I'm sad my baby is leaving me but have so much fun baby I can't wait to hear all about it
Jan: thank you baby your going to be good with the kids
Jermaine: yes love *he kisses her*
Jan: I love you
Jermaine: I love you to *he kisses her again*
Jan: I'm glad I got to be home for your guys birthdays
Jermaine: me to love
Jan: *she hugs him tight breathe in his scent*
Jermaine: baby
Jan: yes love
Jermaine: did you pack my sweatshirt
Jan: yes I did baby I sprayed it with your cologne
Jermaine: yeah I went in the bathroom and noticed a bottle was missing
Jan: yeah I have it with me I'm sorry
Jermaine: it's okay baby I have plenty *he kisses her* I love you

Jermaine: have a safe flight call me when you get there
Jan: I will baby
She kisses him one more time as she walks away going to their private jet
Jermaine watches her walk away
She stops at the end of the hallway waving at him blowing him a kiss
After a few mins Jermaine goes back to his truck as paparazzi takes photos of him get gets in driving away
After 30 mins he arrives back at the house he gets out of the car and goes in the house
He goes in the living room to see the twins sitting on the floor playing with Katherine and pat
Katherine: looks who's home *she smiles at the twins* let's say hi to daddy
Jermaine: we're they okay
Pat: yeah they were good
Jermaine sits down on the floor with them
Jermaine: daddy's sweet babies
Pat: so son
Jermaine: yeah mom
Pat: how was your guys night
Jermaine: what do you mean? *he looks at her*
Pat: cause you guys had cake put the kids down and then we didn't see you guys anymore sounds like y'all had a long night
Jermaine: um sorry about that yeah kind of it was nice she set up a nice bubble bath for us with rose petals and champagne
Pat: pulled out the stops for you guys
Jermaine: she definitely did it was nice to spend the night together especially now that she's gone
Pat: how long is she gone
Jermaine: 14 days
Katherine: where did she go?
Jermaine: Milan Italy
Pat: oh wow that sounds like a long flight
Jermaine: yeah it is like 13 hours
Katherine: so she'll get there tonight
Jermaine: yeah more than likely
Pat: we're about to watch a movie care to join us son
Jermaine: yeah of course *he grabs the twins putting them on the couch with some of their toys*
They turn on the movie
They get comfortable
Jermaine gets up and goes and grabs the twins blankets as the ac is on so they don't get cold
He comes back downstairs sitting the twins on his lap putting their blankets on them
As the day goes on Jermaine plays with the twins and relaxes with his mom and Katherine
(Time skip 2pm)
Jermaine is in his truck his just pulled up to the school to pick up the kids he couldn't wait to hear about how their first day went he gets out and goes to Skylar class first as the bell rings he stands outside her class as her teacher comes out with them
Ms Ashley looks around and sees Jermaine
Ms Ashley: Skylar look there's your daddy
Skylar: *she runs to him* daddy
Jermaine: hi princess *he hugs her tight grabbing her backpack for her grabbing her hand he looks around to make sure paparazzi isn't around* come on let's go get your brother how was school baby
Skylar: it was fun daddy
Jermaine: so you had a good day
Skylar: yeah
They go to Matteo's class and see all the kids standing outside Matteo spots him
Matteo: daddy *he runs hugging him*
Jermaine: hi baby *he looks up at his teacher waving to her*
Matteo: bye Ms Smith *he waves to her*
Ms Smith: bye Matteo
They rush going to the car
They get in Jermaine waits for the kids to be strapped in and he drives away
Jermaine: so did you guys have a good day at school *he looks in the rear view mirror*
Matteo: yeah
Skylar: yeah
Matteo: it was fun
Skylar: yeah
Jermaine: daddy is glad you guys had a very good day today and because you guys had a good day daddy will have a treat for you guys later okay
Skylar: yay
Matteo: what kind of treat daddy
Jermaine: I can't tell you
Jermaine had picked up some ice cream and stuff to make s'mores with the kids he couldn't wait to get home and help them with their homework if they had any and spend some time with his babies he knew they missed Jan so he wanted tonight to just be fun for them
After a 15 min drive they arrive at home pulling into the driveway he gets out helping the kids get out locking the truck they go inside they go in the living room
Katherine: there they are how was school
Matteo: hi grandma *he hugs her then hugs pat*
Skylar: hi grandma *she hugs both of them*
Matteo: school was fun
Skylar: yeah
Jermaine: they seem to have did very good today *he smiles at them* do you guys have homework
Matteo: no
Skylar: no
Jermaine: okay you guys go put your backpacks up
They run upstairs to put their backpacks away Jermaine goes in the kitchen washes his hands he makes a snack for the kids he cuts up some apples and strawberries with some crackers
After a few mins the kids come back downstairs
Skylar: daddy
Jermaine: daddy's in the kitchen baby come here
They go in the kitchen
Jermaine: daddy made you guys a snack
They sit down
Skylar: thank you daddy
Matteo: thank you daddy
Skylar: daddy *she looks at him*
Jermaine: yes princess
Skylar: can we call mama
Jermaine: yes princess
Jermaine FaceTimes janet but she doesn't answer he tries again but she doesn't answer
Jermaine: mama isn't answering baby
As the day goes on Jermaine plays with the kids and spends time with them
(Time skip 8pm)
Jermaine has just gotten the kids out of the bath he helps them get dressed and then gets the twins dressed
Matteo: daddy can we call mama
Jermaine: yeah hold on baby
Jermaine goes downstairs to make bottles for the twins
After 30 mins his finally gotten the twins down for the night he gets in bed with Skylar and Matteo calling Janet she answers
Jan: hi baby
Jermaine: hey beautiful
Matteo: is that mama
Skylar: I want to talk to mama
Matteo: no me first daddy
Jermaine: you guys can both talk to mama
Jan: hi my babies how was your day today how was school
Matteo: it was fun mama
Skylar: yeah it was fun
Jan: you didn't cry after mama left
Skylar: no
Matteo: no
Jan: good mama is so glad you guys had a good day
Skylar: mama I miss you
Matteo: me to mama
Jan: Awwl I know mama misses you guys to
Matteo: mama what time is it there
Jan: it's almost 6am here baby
Jermaine: have you been to sleep baby
Jan: um no not yet
Jermaine: what time is his show
Jan: it starts at 4pm
Jermaine: love please try and get some sleep take a little nap
Jan: I will baby are you guys being good for daddy
Matteo: yeah
Skylar: yeah daddy let us have s'mores mama
Jan: he did was it good
Matteo: yeah
Skylar: yeah
Jermaine: they were very happy
Jan: I'm glad they enjoyed them
Jermaine and Janet stay on the phone for an hour
After getting off the phone Jermaine get the kids down he goes and jumps in the shower
After 30 mins he gets out getting dressed and gets in bed
Jermaine turns on a show to watch
He chills for 2 hours he gets up and makes sure the alarm in set he comes back upstairs and gets in bed turning off the tv so he can go to bed he knew he had long days ahead with janet being gone after 20 mins he falls asleep
