Nayeon checked the whole truck, but no clues of the exact location of Oneus were in sight.

She turned on her heels and saw Felix with his hands joined and his eyes closed, murmuring something for himself.

He was focused on his message. He didn't notice Nayeon approaching him.

-What are you doing?

-Praying, he said a little shyly.

She tilted her head, waiting for a full explanation.

-I pray to my parents up above that Innie is safe and that Channie hyung can find him so we can go home and have dinner like a loving family again.

A smile crept on Nayeon's face.

-You seem so innocent. How did you end up on this team?

-I am far from innocent, Felix chuckled. I have blood stained on my hands. And guilt. I live with it.

-I understand. This life demands sacrifices. You may not realize it now, but when you will reach an age when you want to get married, have kids or pets... You will feel jealous of the people around you. Because they can live freely without worrying about their loved ones' safety. There is no going back, she smiled with sorrow.

-I know, Felix took her hand in his own for comfort. It's not like I have a family to go back to, he sighed.

Nayeon stared blankly at Felix who was as confused as her.

-Nothing, he fake smiled. I just wanted to make sure you're not hurt. My baby, he pressed a kiss on Felix's lips out of nowhere.

-I'm fine, Felix replied, his gaze tracing their shadows on the concrete.

He felt awkward in all that tension.

-Everyone, move! Leedo stormed inside the room, pushing people out.

-What's going on? Jeongin asked confused while his body was squeezed between the scientists in white attires with a black butterfly on the back of them.

All of them evacuated the room, leaving Leedo and Jeongin alone with the substances and flacons still boiling.

-We have intruders. Let's go! he gripped harshly on Jeongin's arm until his thumb reached the bone through the material of the shirt.

-Intruders? Who?

-Your friends. Unfortunately, not the one we want, he said dragging Jeongin after him.

-Wait! I need to take someone from here!

-Yeah, right. Like I would let you go, Leedo clenched his jaw.
