Dear Taehyun,
How have you been? It feels like ages since I last talked to you, which was 5 months ago. And yes, I've been counting them.
If you're reading this, you might wonder why I'm writing you letters. There's many reasons why I wanted and chose to write you letters. I mean, I could've just sent you a text or email instead of sending you an old fashioned way of writing a message but an email or a text could be simply deleted or forgotten, lost to cyberspace. A letter is tangible and is more memorable than the other ways of communicating online, so that's why I decided to write you letters. As for why I wanted to, well, like I said, it's been a while since we've talked in-person. You're constantly busy and I don't blame you at all, but I wanted just to contact you freely one last time. This will be one of my last goodbyes because I'm... leaving soon. Yes, I'm leaving, but not willingly.
Just so you know, there will be 15 letters in total, to commemorate the years since I've known you, that I will write. I hope you'll read every one of them, but I don't expect you to. You have more things worthy of your time, I don't want you to spare any of your time reading my letters to you if you're busy.
Anyways, this is my first letter. 14 more to go.

Euna smiled sadly and placed her pen down on her desk. She folded the paper and grabbed an envelope. Tucking it into the envelope, Euna walked into the bathroom and turned on the faucet. She allowed it to run for a while and then dipped her index finger in the cool water. Then, she wiped the tiny water droplets on the envelope seal and sealed it. Euna, back in her room, reached for a black marker that wouldn't leak through the envelope and wrote a big 1 on the front of the envelope. She dropped the letter in one of her drawers.
Should I tell him now? Euna thought. She didn't want Taehyun to worry about her though. That is, if he would.
No, I won't, she decided, It's too early. I'll tell him when the time is right.
