Hey girl, it's now or never, it's now or never.
Don't overthink just let it go.
And if we get together, yeah, get together
Don't let the pictures leave your phone.Yeah, we'll be doing what we do.
Just pretending that we're cool, so tonight...That was the last thing I heard before my earphones were ripped from my ears. Now I'm lying on the sidewalk on the corner of Anderson and Green. A moan escaped my mouth as my brain registered the pain that was radiating through my chest. I heard an echoing moan beside me, only deeper in tone. Slowly I opened my eyes to see the clouds passing over in the sky. I heard a couple sets of feet running in my - our - direction.
"Mate, are you okay?!" I heard a deep, British accented male voice ask when he was near.
"What happened? Are you okay? Wait - who's she?" I heard a second British sounding male ask. It took me a few seconds to realize that he noticed that I was there as well.
I tried to push myself up onto my elbows so I could see who had joined the scene of the accident. Unfortunately I found out the hard way that it wasn't going to happen. A louder more agonizing moan escaped my lips as I lay back down on the hot pavement, shutting my eyelids in defeat.
"Niall, are you okay?" one of the voices asked again.
His name is Niall? Wait, it couldn't be... Did I just run into the Niall Horan? Oh God...
"Yeah buddy, I'm fine. But I don't think she is . . ." His Irish accent trailed off.
I heard a grunt as someone was being pulled up off of the ground. At least that's what I assumed was taking place. I heard the shuffling of feet as people surrounded me, their bodies casting a cool shadow over me.
"Are you okay love?" I heard someone ask as I opened my eyes. Their face slowly came into view. It was... Liam's face. I closed my eyes quickly refusing to believe in what I just saw.
I must be dreaming. This isn't possibly happening, I told myself.
"Sorry love, but you aren't dreaming." Liam spoke again, his tone light with a hint of laughter.
I scrunched my face up in embarrassment just as I felt someone try to open my left eye.
"Louis! You can't just go around trying to open her eyes!" Liam scolded Louis.
"Oi! I was just trying to see if she was okay!" Louis pouted. I could hear a deep laugh coming from one of the boys.
"Can you speak, love?" Liam asked me, laying a hand on my shoulder.
I mustered up the energy to open my mouth and speak. "Uhhuh," was all that I could manage.
"Can you open up your eyes?" he asked. I opened up my eyes slowly, squinting at the bright sun. "Good," he said, "Do you think you can sit up?"
"I can try," I croaked.
For the second time, I tried to prop myself up onto my elbows. Lifting my head, I moaned inwardly. Pushing through the pain and with the help of Liam and I believe Zayn, I made it into a sitting position.
"Would you like some water sweetheart?" Harry offered, holding out my water bottle that I had lost track of after colliding into Niall.
I lifted my shaky arm, taking the bottle. Unscrewing the cap proved to be difficult. Liam chuckled softly, and unscrewed the cap for me. He helped me hold it as I gulped back the chilled drink until the bottle was empty. Again I earned a few chuckles from the boys.
That was when it hit me. I was surrounded by One Direction.

A/N: I am so sorry that this is horrible. Meh. But please, I beg of you, bear with me :)
