Rocking my favorite pair of boots with my well-worn leather jacket, I watched the boys from the front row. The girls around me were going berserk, screaming as loud as they could to the boys praying they'd be heard. I was almost positive that I would be deaf by the end of the night. As annoying as the screaming was, I was still having the time of my life watching the boys goof around up on stage with one another. I would sing along to the handful of songs that I knew, I was a fan but not to the same extent as the Directioners surrounding me. When the boys spotted me they all waved and began joking around, playfully running into Niall and each other. Their laughs rang out harmoniously throughout the arena at our inside joke. A smile spread across my face when I realized that, because never in a million years did I think I would ever share one with them. I looked at Niall and found him smiling at me; he then proceeded to make a funny face. My body shook with laughter. God he was a crazy boy, they all were.
I quickly noticed a pair of bleached blond girls that stood beside me who would quiet down and even boo at Niall sometimes during his solos. After thirty minutes or so I had had enough of their immaturity. I turned to them and tapped one of them on the shoulder.
"What do you have against Niall?" I asked when she finally turned to face me. My arms were crossed over my chest.
"Fuck off, bitch," she said rather sourly.
"What was that? I couldn't hear you over that annoying sound... Oh wait, that was your voice," I nearly spat. This chick was starting to piss me off.
"He's ugly and untalented," she said finally answering my original question.
"If you go look in a mirror and say it then it would be true," I said with an unmistakable edge to my tone.
Her mouth fell open as she stared at me in shock. Her features quickly went from shock to anger as my words were finally processed in that obviously dense skull of hers. It didn't take her too long after that to launch herself at me, tackling me to the ground. The scream being emitted from her mouth could be heard over everything else. People began to stare at the blond who was trying to rip my brown hair out by the roots.
Planting my hands firmly on her shoulders I shoved her far enough away that I could get my knee up. My foot was now pressed against her stomach. I pushed my leg forward, propelling her off of me. She, being a stupid bitch, tried coming at me for the second time. But this time she was stopped by a beefy arm that was wound around her waist. She screamed and flailed in the brooding man’s arms, causing yet another scene.
I felt someone grip my underarms from behind to help me up. It was then that I noticed that everyone was looking at us and the music had been stopped. I cautiously looked up at the stage. All of the boys were looking directly at me; shock registered on their sweaty, yet still somehow handsome, faces. Niall was the first one to smile at me. His smile quickly became bigger when he began to laugh. His laughter being as contagious as it is got the rest of the boys and me laughing.
The man who had helped me up began dragging me and the blond girl to the lobby. I sighed and waved goodbye to the boys. Concern crossed their faces as their brows furrowed and frowns replaced their bright smiles. The security man began to ask us who started the fight and I was about to answer when the blond cut me off. Crying fake tears, she whimpered that it was me. Glaring at her I began to tell the real story from the start.
"So you instigated the fight?" the man asked me, his massive arms crossed over his chest.
"Technically yes, but she started the physical part of the fight. I was simply trying to defend myself." He sighed knowing that he couldn't ignore the facts.
