2.6: Maybe I Should (bts - night)

Once everything was set up I logged into my tutor call. I was instantly put into a waiting room by myself. "I'm shaking." I said while showing everyone my hand. I saw Grace run over to me she took my head.

"Your going to kick these nerves butts because you my dear sister are one of the most talented people ever." She said to me making me smile, she was right. At least I think.

"Listen to your sister, because she's right." Chan said to me, and I let out a few breaths.

"Go kill it." She said to me before taking her seat next to Felix again. I then saw my teacher come up on the screen.

"Why, hello Y/n. How have you been I see you've got quite the setup." She said while taking in my surroundings the city of Seoul was in the background so it looked nice.

"I've been good. I don't know why but I'm a bit nervous for this." I said to her making her laugh a bit.

"There's no need to be, I'm sure you've got your friends supporting you. So all should go well." She said to me making me nod.

"Let's just hope that your right." I said to her with a smile, I saw her look at her sheet.

"So I see that you were supposed to sing Telephone with Jer but as your current in South Korea you have a different singing partner for this evaluation is that correct?" She asked me while pushing her glasses up. She kind of intimidated me when she was like this.

"Yes, that is correct. I've got someone I'm staying with joining me. The song choice has also changed to Until I Found You by Stephen Sanchez and Em Beihold." I said to her while nodding and she started taking notes.

"And may I ask who said person is?" She asked me with her pen in hand.

"The person is Hwang Hyunjin from the Kpop group, Stray Kids." I said to her with a nod and she started writing this down. And she nodded before taking her glasses off.

"If we could, please can we begin with you singing I'm With You by Avril Lavigne." She said to me and I nodded I checked to see if my guitar was in tune quickly.

"Of course." I said to her with a nod and a smile. I saw my little audience start cheering for me.

"One, two, three." She said before I started playing the notes on my guitar. Like usual when it got to singing that song intended to sing some of the notes higher than what Avril originally did. When the song ended, I had an eruption of applause making me look down. "Wow, that was some of your best Y/n. I can tell that your whole heart and soul was in that." She said to me making me laugh a little.

"Thank you, it's been one of my favorite songs for years and I like being able to perform in front of people." I said to her with a smile, I saw Luca run over to me with some water. "Thank you." I said to him before drinking some.

"Now's the time that I'd usual critique you as you know but everything was perfect." She said making the crowd cheer again making me laugh a little bit.

"Thank you, I appreciate it." I said to her making her nod. I saw her write more notes down.

"Next can I have you and Hyunjin singing Until I Found you." She said and I saw Hyunjin stand up. We quickly hugged before he sat down, I saw her look between us, was she sensing something. "This is quite the pairing. Now Hyunjin I've never heard you sing but seeming as your an artist you won't get critiqued at all." She said to him reassuringly. And he nodded.

"I really appreciate it, I've only had an hour and a half to learn the lyrics so I apologize if I get any wrong." He said to her as Luca ran to get him a mic told hold.

"That's completely fine Hyunjin. Take your time when your both ready." She said to the two of us and I nodded.

"You ready?" I asked him, he smiled at me.

"Yeah, I'm ready." He said before I started strumming the notes on my guitar when the chorus kicked in we came together and looked at each other when we sang together, the amount of looks and smiles we gave to each other was probably making my teacher get suspicious about us. Once it finished we heard another crowd eruption.

"That was absolutely extraordinary. The harmonies and the perfect fit of your voices was peaceful. Like the entrance to as you kids would say 'heaven'. This is one of your best Y/n's. Hyunjin you might need to join Y/n again in another cover." She said to us making me smile and look down.

"I'll try my hardest." Hyunjin said while looking at me with a smile. I'd love for that to happen.

"We will try but thank you, the both of you. Hyunjin for helping me out with such short notice and you as well miss for the feedback." I said to the two of them Hyunjin and I exchanged a hug.

"Now, let's get ready for your last song of the day, Double Take by Dhruv. May I ask why you picked it?" She asked me and I looked at her, she had her pen and was ready to write.

"I generally don't know, it's just one song that I like and I want to put my own little spin take on it." I said to her making her smile and nod, she looked like she approved.

"That was the answer I was after. Now take it away." She said to me, I had a quick drink before playing the chords. Once it was over I was glad that it was finished. I looked at her after I had cheers.

"That was spectacular, I'm so proud of you Y/n." She said to me before giving me my whole feedback for the session, once it was over I left the call and got attacked with a group hug.

"When's the album?" Grace asked me and I looked at her.

"Next year, I haven't even written 7 songs yet, only 4." I said to her making her shake her head.

"You need more." She said to me. We all parted ways for the night. We all get changed and once everyone was asleep I grabbed my laptop. I then began to retake my food tech exam once I'd turned it in I looked through emails. I'd gotten my final grades for geography and and Emglish lit and Lang. I'd passed them both, no more classes of that anymore.

"What you up to?" Hyunjin asked as he sat in the drivers seat.

"Currently my heads getting bigger because I got two A's in my final grades." I said with a smile making him smile as well, I then packed my laptop away.

"Well congratulations, I'm proud of you." He said to me with a smile.

"Why thank you. Also thank you again for helping me with my evaluation." I said making him smile at me, I smiled back.

"Well, you know, we did make a good team. So we have to do it again." He said to me making me smile.

"We should and I think that all of us should have a dance collaboration with the main of us at Rebellion. Because that would be fun." I said to him and he smiled at me. I knew what was coming next.

"I never saw that cover that you did of Double Knot. Do you mind if I take a look?" He asked me and I got my laptop out again.

"Not at all. Just as long as you don't judge me." I said to him with a smile, I passed him my laptop and he started playing it at a quiet volume. I saw him smile at lot always at the parts that he'd be Center which meant that I was the center.

"Now that was cute. You looked like you wanted to be so serious but your version of serious is cute." He said to me making lightly hit him.

"I don't like cute when I'm serious. If I did my nieces and my nephew would never listen to me, but they do." I said to him with a smile, we continued our little talk.

"We should get going to bed." He said to me once it reached 1AM.

"We probably should." I said before going him a quick hug and I accidentally kissed his cheek. Was that me making a move I don't know. But I was just going to say yes. I instantly hid as I went to bed, that was something else tonight.
