6.3. Sitting At The Bay (bts - afternoon)

We were still traveling but the cameras had gone off now. We were stopping off somewhere for lunch. Each team were going to somewhere different depending on where we were closer to. For us it was a Korean BBQ restaurant. This would definitely be exciting. We hadn't done this as a group yet and doing this would be a good experience for us. We ordered our food and then sat down together. "So what do you think you'll do when you get back?" Felix asked me and I looked at him.

"So of course I've got my main plans. But I think the goal would be to join into the international dance contest. There's a lot of practice to be done though." I said as I made my lettuce wrap.

"I honestly believe that you and your team could win again. I remember seeing all your videos from the competition that you did and I was inspired. I would watch it and be like 'woah, these people are talented. The most talented people I've ever seen.' And I just know that this will be amazing." Hyunjin said to me and we just had to figure things out.

"The worst thing is thinking of songs that we can put together to form a routine. So for us going from Emperors New Clothes to You Should See Me In A Crown worked so well. It's finding that again." I said with a nod before I started eating my lettuce wrap that I'd made. All the flavours were there.

"I remember seeing that and my heart dropped. Because that jump was from such a high distance." Chan said he was looking around.

"Yeah, I had to close my eyes. How do you even get around to doing that?" Jisung asked and I looked at him. This was going to blew him away.

"It's a mindset that we have. No matter what the performance is. We will dance as if it's going to kill us. And what people didn't see was when it got to us planning on that jump. I had to do so many 'baby' jumps. So we built a few structures only so far up. And after a certain point it was a drastic change from that platform that was in the performance and the last baby jump. It was honestly terrifying." I said to them, I could see them all nodding at me.

"I think as well, you guys have so much determination and drive to better that whatever you'll try and do will always be trying to do the next big thing. Which I find really inspiring. Especially since for us we always try to outdo ourselves every time to be the better version of ourselves for Stay." Felix said and I looked at him and nodded along to what he was saying.

"It's definitely one of those things. I think it's just apart of our hardware. We can't break out of it. As a group you guys must all have rituals for when your preparing for comebacks, how's that like for you guys?" I asked them before eating more of my meal. I saw that everyone was looking at Chan.

"For us it's so much different. Of course you've got me, Jisung and Changbin constantly producing different sounds and seeing what works together and what doesn't. Then when it comes to fully preparing learning all the routines that we need takes so much time and I'm sure you get that. Sometimes it gets you to a certain point and you just feel like your going to break. I think being on a group that's so much like a family helps with that. We've always got each other." Chan said and I nodded. I was the leader of my dance group so I understood all of those feelings.

"It's nice to have that environment as well. Especially when you can talk to people with issues that you have. No matter what they are." Hyunjin said and I was hoping that's how people looked at Rebellion a close knit family.

"I feel like all though we've got two different styles of groups. Of course your the amazing idol group and I'm just that one dance group. I feel like there's more in common than what people would actually think." I said to them and that was the case.

"I heard rumours that you actually sing during your performances." Jisung said and I looked at him with a smile.

"You would be right. There's a reason that they give us in-ear pieces with the mics and it's for that. A lot of people think that we should make a co-Ed band because of how some of us are. It's honestly crazy to me and maybe it will happen maybe it won't." I said to them and that's when I felt eyes on me.

"Hearing you singing live that first night made me think about that actually. I could see you being a singer one day. Just performing on stage." Hyunjin said with a smile on his face. I had to give it to him. He was supportive.

"And you would be there front row at one of the shows." Chan said with a smile. Putting his arm around Hyunjin.

"Felix would be there as well. He's the one that got me into her in the first place." Hyunjin said in defence making me smile. Felix then put his hands up in the air.

"Guilty as charged. Besides I think all of us would be there." Felix said with a smile on his face and it was nice to have found this family that was unexpected.

"Of course we will. Being the biggest supporters of all time." Jisung said before we started cheering making us all laugh. I was glad that we could have all a sit down meal together and just talk about stuff. We continued talking and I was just glad to be here. We were all just having a good time. Without anyone around to bother us. Just us and the crew.
