26. Goodbyes Are Always Hard

We'd finally been dug out and not only that. Today was the last day that we'd be seeing each other. We'd all be leaving today. I'd be heading back to LA to sort some things out. "This is it. I can't believe it." Hyunjin said to me as we were packing our stuff up.

"I can't either. These past weeks have gone by so quickly." I said to him and he came over to me.

"I really wish that we had more time with you. I need to spend more time with you." He said and he wrapped his arms around me and I did the same. Looking up at him.

"And I do as well. I wish you could come back to LA with me." I said to him and he rested his hands on my hips.

"I do as well. But we both have to work to get on with. I think we both knew that this goodbye would be the hardest." He said to me and it definitely was. We'd spent a lot of time together and now we had to get used to not seeing each other again.

"I know but I wish that we didn't have to." I said to him and that's when I hugged him even tighter.

"Baby, when I get a break. I will come and see you." He said to me and I looked up at him.

"And I'll come and see you." I said to him and he looked down at me and smiled.

"I'm glad you said that. My parents want to see you again. They really like you." He said to me and I looked up at him and smiled.

"I was such a mess that night and they still liked me?" I asked him and he looked at me with a smile and a nod.

"Well they know how happy you make me and that makes them happy. Besides you need to meet Kkami as well." He said to me and I looked at him with a smile on my face. I still needed to meet him.

"I do. And I look forward to seeing and meeting him and seeing your parents again." I said to him with a smile on my face. But for now we hugged each other and showed no sign of letting go. Who knew when we'd see each other again.

"Hyunjin, we're gonna miss our flight!" Chan shouted and I looked at him. 

"I'll drive you there." I said and I kissed him. He kissed me back. 

"Don't look at me though as I get out the car. You'll make me come straight back." He said to me and I looked at him.

"I'll try not to. But you know I will." I said to him and he nodded. That's when we drove to the airport. I hugged all of them before they headed in. Definitely felt harder than the first time. When we headed back to be house. It was too quiet.

"You ok babes?" Jer asked me and he sat beside me. Pulling me into a hug.

"I miss him already." I said to him and he looked at me.

"How long until the flight goes?" He asked me and I looked at the time on my phone before looking back at him.

"3 hours." I said to him and he looked at me. He had an eyebrow raised.

"And how long is the drive to the airport?" He asked me and I knew exactly what he was getting at.

"An hour." I said to him and that's when he wiggled his eyebrows.

"You know what I'm going to say." He said to me and I shook my head. "God girl you're so dumb. Go to Korea. Doesn't have to be long but spend time with him." He said to me and that's when I looked at him.

"Maybe. But I don't even have a plane ticket." I said to him and he looked at me with a smile.

"I did that already for you. I looked at where your man was sat and booked a seat near him. No go or I'll drive you there myself." He said to me and I stood up.

"And what about bags?" I asked him and he looked at me. That's when Grace came over to us.

"Already packed." She said to me and that's when I took them.

"Then I guess I'm off. Take care of the kids." I said to them and they both looked at me.

"We will don't you worry." Jer said and that's when I started off to the airport. I checked in and headed to the gate.

"What are you doing here?" Hyunjin asked when he saw and I looked at him.

"Some people are just worth cancelling plans and hopping on planes for." I said to him and he kissed me with a smile on his face.

"God, I really do love you." He said to me when he pulled away. I couldn't stop smiling.

"And I really love you too." I said to him and that was that. The best way to end the tour was by being together again. But this time in a more relaxed environment.
