23. 9-1-1

Everything went wrong. We were finally ready to start heading to the airport so we could catch our flight to Montreal. That was when I knew something was off. "You have to be fucking joking me! The actual fuck!" I shouted when I got outside. The gates to the house. They had been forced open and damage. My car. Completely gone.

"What's wrong babes?" I heard Jer ask from behind me. And that's when I pointed at the gates.

"Someone has broken in and stolen my car." I said to him and that's when he walked me inside.

"Let's go inside. We can report it." Jer said and I looked at him.

"I'm going to check the rest of the house out. Make sure everything's fine." I said to him. I knew nothing would've been taken out the rooms because I tell everyone to look the bedroom doors at night. Who knows who could break in. I headed downstairs into the basement and that's when I saw broken glass. "Can I have someone down here please?" I shouted out in a scared tone. Who knew if anyone was still in the house.

"Everything okay?" Minho asked me and I looked at him and then shook my head.

"Someone broke into the house. The windows smashed." I said to him and that's when I saw Jeongin appear.

"Someone broke into the house?" He asked me and I nodded. If someone was still in the house. They had a lot of rooms to hide in.

"Yeah, possibly last night. Since my cars been stolen as well." I said to them and that's when I saw someone else come down.

"What are we going to do?" Seungmin asked me and I looked at him and the back at the window. The cameras outside don't even the spot.

"I'm going to watch the camera footage back. See what's on it. Jer's calling the police to report the cat being stolen." I said to them and that's when someone else joined the conversation.

"Your car was stolen?!" Hyunjin asked me and I nodded at him.

"Yeah and that means everything in it is gone as well." I said to him and there was a few things in there. The main one being a small picture of me, Carrington and Corey.

"We'll get it back." Hyunjin said to me as we headed upstairs. I then settled myself in the dining room and started watching the footage on my phone. "Have you seen anything?" He asked me and I watched the footage. 

"There, 3 men were on the property but only 2 left. There's one still here." I said to him and he looked at me.

"What do we do?" He asked me and I looked at him.

"We need to go to the police over. Do a search of the house but everyone needs to stay together. This guy called be armed for all we know." I said to him and he looked at me.

"I'll get everyone in here." He said to me and that's when I started calling the emergency services.

"9-1-1, Whats your emergency?" The operator answered and I took a deep breath.

"Hi, I'm calling from 1509 Amalfi Drive and someone's in my house." I said and I looked at Hyunjin. He came over to me and put a hand on my shoulder.

"Have you seen the person in your house?" They asked me and I looked around.

"Not yet. But 3 people broke into my house last night and there's only 2 leaving on the security footage in my car that they stole. There's only one exit of the property and that's through the main gates." I said to them and I could hear her typing away.

"We'll got an officer over to the house. Are you alone?" She asked and I looked around.

"No there's 14 of us here." I said to her and I think she felt at ease.

"Okay for now. I want all of you to stay together. There'll be an officer coming around in 10 minutes for you." She said to me and I nodded. I was feeling a bit more relaxed now.

"Thank you." I said to her and Hyunjin put his hands on my shoulders.

"You're welcome. Stay safe." She said and that's when I ended the call.

"Ten minutes until someone comes around." I said to them. That's when Mahina, Kaili and Lono came over to me. I hugged the three of them.

"I'm scared." Hina said to me and I looked at her. I was scared to.

"Don't worry, we'll protect you no matter what." Chan said to her and I could tell she felt safer.

"Can I stay with you?" She asked him and he looked at her and nodded.

"Yeah, let your new brother Chan take care of you." He said and that's when she went over to him and hugger him. I then looked at Kaili and Lono.

"Will we be ok?" Lono asked me and I looked him.

"Yeah, kiddo. We'll be fine." I said to him and that's when we heard someone walking around upstairs. "We gotta move. We're like sitting ducks." I said to them and that's when they all looked at me.

"Where's the best place to head to?" Jisung asked me and I looked around and then at him.

"The bedroom on this level. We can lock the door then. So no one can come in." I whispered to them and that's when I heard the footsteps get louder. "Three, two, one." I whispered and that's when we all carefully walked across to the bedroom. Once we were all in I locked the door. Now all we had to do was wait.

"Now what do we do?" Kaili asked me and I looked at her.

"We wait. The police will be here soon. So we can talk. Take all of your minds off of everything." I said to her with a smile and she came over to hug me.

"What about when the police come?" Grace asked me and I looked at her.

"If we don't answer they'll break the door in. We can still be safe then." I said to her and we all sat there. Talking with each other until the police came. The guy had been arrested. He was a stalker that wanted to hide out in the home and attack me when I was alone. Who knew what else he would be planing on doing. But for now the door was getting replaced and people would be watching over the house. What a traumatic way to end the stay in LA.
