5.6. To The Island (bts - night)

It was night again and we'd all settled for the night. Apart from me. I'd snuck back into the drivers seat like usual. This was a lot different tonight. Reality has come back into play. This was going to be one of the last nights here. We were halfway through this trip and I didn't want it to end. I kinda wanted to stay here forever but I couldn't. "What's bothering you?" I heard a voice ask behind me before they sat in the passenger seat.

"That this is our midway point. After this the days will go by even faster. Then we'll be thousands of miles away." I said to Hyunjin. And I think this was going to be hard part. But nothing was stopping me for coming over here. Let's face it I probably would come over here a lot now. I had a purpose to.

"But don't think about it that way. Soon you'll be back here. Then you'll be back in London for a preview. Shortly followed by LA and Montreal. Don't forget. We'll be together for that." He said to me and I smiled at him. Now he was right about that. We would be together. Even if it would be for a short time.

"Then I get to show you around. Trust me, I know all the best places." I said to him and he looked at me with a big smile on his face. He then took my hand.

"And I believe that. Especially if there anything like that restaurant that you took me too before." He said to me and I shook my head with a smile on my face.

"Some aren't and some are. You'll just have to figure it out when you get there." I said to him and he smiled. I then noticed that he had his camera with him.

"I was thinking. We could look at the pictures together. The ones that Klein took of us." He said to me. He must've noticed that I'd seen the camera.

"I would love to." I said to him and that's when he loaded up the camera. I was excited to see these pictures. I wanted to see the moments that were captured between us. That's when he loaded the pictures up. He showed me the Romantic Lightning first and I smiled at him.

"You know, the reason I didn't tell you that I was doing that. Was for this moment." He said to me and I smiled at him. He caught me kissing him with my arm dropped. Because I didn't get a chance to react.

"Well, I say. You've got a pretty good taste of how you want your pictures taken." I said to him before he showed the next picture. The beach picture. With us sat at the water edge. Head on his shoulder looking at the skyline.

"I think is my favorite one." He said before he showed me the Moon room. With the big bunny in. I smiled at him.

"Yeah I like this too. But not as much as the star room." I said to him and he showed the picture. Him lifting me in the air with a smile. That was a nice one. I could see him smiling at him as well.

"I do like this one as well. Maybe I'll make it my phone background. When the truth can come out." He said to me and I smiled at him. That would be nice. That day when we could finally talk about our relationship. Out in the open. Where we could finally be free to be together.

"But I like having these as private memories for now." I said with a smile to him and he kissed my hand making me smile.

"I do as well." He said to me and he showed me the other pictures. "Stay there. I'll be back in a moment." He said before leaving for a minute. When he came back he then had a notebook.

"What've you got there?" I asked him and he looked at me with a smile.

"Well, I started this. Let me know what you think." He said to me and he drew one of our pictures. The pink sands one. I smiled at it. Even if it was just a rough sketch I loved it.

"I love this. I think you've captured everything about it." I said to him and he looked at me with a smile. He then took my hand again and I looked at him.

"I'm so glad that you like it. I was hoping to finish it soon. So you can take it home with you. Keep it as memory." He said to me and I liked the sound of that. I'd hand it up somewhere in my house. Show it off to everyone that came to visit me. The first part of this story between us.

"And I will treasure it like my life depends on it." I said to him and he smiled at me. He knew that that was the truth. I'd frame it immediately. I'd just need to find the perfect home for it first.
