21:11

After an evening of laughing and celebrating, the people from work were beginning to disband away. It was some hell of a evening. But everybody enjoyed themselves. But (Y/N) and everyone else knows that once Mike is gone, he's gone. That's it. How Bittersweet to end his career than to celebrate with an evening dinner. But the meal was really good now, you have to say.

After all the goodbyes, everyone all took off in their cars and headed home. You too were about to follow suit. Then, buzz!

"Holy shit, what the fuck now." (Y/N) said and opened up the notification. It was Abigail. Except, that she's... missing? apparently? "Huh?" (Y/N) thought to yourself and opened up the link.

The Localist News

Local woman said to have vanished from her home early this evening, and residents from within the area have expressed concern after details have emerged of a dispute breaking out between herself and her parents. Police have been notified of the disappearance and have now launched an appeal on retrieving her home again.

(Y/N) was full of shock. Abigail said she was fine a while ago just before you headed off for the evening meal. Now you hate yourself for going. "Fuck me, If Only I had resisted, then she wouldn't have gone away!" (Y/N) shouted. Then, you decided to put your phone away and took a couple of minutes. There's no way she could have gone that far. This is only, what? a couple of hours ago? Although in saying that, the storm hasn't stopped all night, so there is the concern still lying within.

"I really should go after her. I'll go check her house first." (Y/N) said as you got into your car and started up the engine. You turned on the wipers and locked the doors as you prepared for travel. As the thunderous storm continued its ravenous rampage across the land, you drove on ahead onto the streets to head for Abigail's house...

25 minutes later...

(Y/N) pulled up onto Abigail's driveway. Suspiciously, her car is still here lying out in the storm. "Weird..." you spoke to yourself as you headed over to the front door. You activated the door bell and waited.

10 minutes later, you still waited. So, you hit on the doorbell again. 15 minutes passes, and you still get no answer. "Guess I'll have to find my own way in." (Y/N) muttered and navigated to the side of the house. Unfortunately, there seems to be no clear way on how to get in. (Y/N) sighed and climbed your way up into her back garden. Very much of it remains the same. Cold. empty. lifeless. deserted. abandoned. While your concern isn't as much focused on her back garden, what you do know is that something isn't right.

"Where the hell could she possibly be?" (Y/N) worryingly and climbed your way back out again. As the weather worsened, the cold was getting to you as you were coughing like a dog. "Holy shit, I need to get back home. I'll go out and search for her tomorrow. I hope she's ok. Whether she is." (Y/N) added and got back into your car.
