ℕ𝕚𝕟𝕛𝕒𝕘𝕠 𝕆𝕟𝕖𝕊𝕙𝕠𝕥𝕤 ~ 𝕆𝕠𝕗𝕥𝕠𝕓𝕖𝕣 𝟚𝟘𝟚𝟚

Day5 ~ ꯱ׁׅ֒tׁׅᨵׁׅᥣׁׅ֪ꫀׁׅܻ ꩇׁׅ݊ᨮ꫶ׁׅ֮ ⨍ᥣׁׅ֪ɑׁׅ֮ ꩇׁׅ݊ꪱׁׅꪀׁׅᧁׁ hׁׅ֮ꫀׁׅܻɑׁׅ֮ꭈׁׅtׁׅ ~

Kai and his friends were ninja. That's right ninja, it used to he the secret ninja force but now it was just the Ninja of Ninjago who helped stopped Garmadon and brought down Meowthera, the new mascot.

They were practically celebrities at school all the attention in his science class was on Kai, well that would've been the case but not because of this new girl. She walked into the class wearing blue jeans with black boots and a back hoodie with her scarlet red hair tied back into a ponytail with parts sticking out.

Her name was Skylor Chen and apparently she was rich has hell.

Everyone in class was disappointed at the fact everyone had someone sat next to them, everyone but Kai who sat at the back of class. Skylor sat next to him and practically everyone stared at them for the whole lesson even as the teacher told them to focus.

'Today is gonna be a long day' Kai thought to himself as nearlly all his lessons today he didn't have his friends in them and if he did then they were sat on the other side of class.

As the teacher left the room to grab some work sheets Kai's gaze fell onto the girl who was sighing.

"Hey, your Skylor right?" His awkward question got a smile out the girl and a nod. "Yep, Kai right? The famous ninja." the proclaimed ninja chuckled at that. "Right now you kinda feel more like a celebrity then I do."

At this she let out a soft laugh. "I might have a ton of people looking at me but someone to hang out with at lunch isn't something I have right now." Kai jumped at this chance. "Wanna hang out with me and my friends then?"

Skylor's eyebrows lifted in surprise before quickly turning back to that cute smile, when did Kai start thinking her smile was cute? "Sure, I'd love that thanks."

They continued speaking until the teacher came back and chemistry began once again, of course the two began to whisper things to one another through the lesson and made jokes. Yep, chemistry was definitely going on.

The two left class together, Kai complaining about how slow she was until he felt a tap on the shoulder, he turned around to be met with Lloyd and his other friends. "Hey Kai! Who's she?" Kai was about to answer before Skylor did. "I'm Skylor nice to meet you all, sorry to be a bother but could I hang out with you guys today? I just moved here and don't know anyone."

The first to reply was none other then the Nya, the one that hated adding anyone to their friend group since Harumi. "Yeah sure you can hang out with us!" Kai glared at his sisters suspicious behaviour to which she only shrugged at gaining glances from their friends.

They headed to find a place to spot and began talking, Skylor sat next to Kai on the edge of the bench while Kai sat in the middle with Nya on the other side. In front of her sat Cole, in the middle Jay and in front of Skylor was Lloyd with Zane on the Edge with Pixal sitting across him.

They had lunch and disscused lessons Kai and Skylor finding out there in almost all their lessons together, when this was revealed Cole and Nya both began to chuckle looking at eachother.

This kinda thing happened for months and months until finally.

"Hey Kai?" Skylor asked the boy who was currently getting some stuff out his locker before they went to chemistry.

"Hm?" The boy hummed signalling he was listening to her. "You ever wanna go out some time?" Kai slammed his locker at her words making her and other students in the hall flinch causing all of them to glare at the ninja before carrying on with their day.

"If you don't want to that's fine I was just wondering." Kai began to stutter before gaining his composure again. "You mean like, go out, like a date?" She nodded acting the most nonchalant for just asking him out.

"U-uh yeah sure I'd be down for that." She smiled at his reply. "Cool, we can talk about in in chemistry then. Let's go." She grabbed his hand like they did all the time.

She grabbed his hand all the time when they were walking how come he'd never realised she liked him before? And how was she NOT flustered right now? As Kai thought that he looked down at the now blushing girl, turns out he was blushing too.
