ℕ𝕚𝕟𝕛𝕒𝕘𝕠 𝕆𝕟𝕖𝕊𝕙𝕠𝕥𝕤 ~ 𝕆𝕠𝕗𝕥𝕠𝕓𝕖𝕣 𝟚𝟘𝟚𝟚

Dₐy ₂₀ ~ ₐₙd ₜₕₑy wₑᵣₑ ᵣₒₒₘₐₜₑₛ ~

~~~ Kailor ~~~

Pulling up her luggage Skylor sighed finally reaching her dorm room, she would be staying with a roommate apparently. Her name was Nya Smith and she was a year below Skylor's set.

The girl pushed her red hair out of her face, she knew it was a mistake to wear it down today. Twisting the door knob she froze seeing not a girl but a boy sat down on the couch looking at his phone. What The hell?

"Excuse me? Do you have the wrong dorm?" The guy turned his head slightly looking Skylor up and down as she placed a hand on her hip. "Ok stop looking at me and answer the question creep." Weirdly good looking creep might she add.

He put his phone down before getting up. "Yeah you were meant to be rooming with my baby sister but because of some issues she got mixed up with me and now we're roommates and she's roommates with my friend Jay."

He then resumed walking, now a little closer to Skylor, "Although I don't mind having to switch when I have a hot roommate like you." Skylor let out a groan as a deadpan expression formed on her face. "Yeah that's great I just can't say the same, bet your sister would've been hotter then you."

He shrugged his shoulders before making a 'meh' sound. "Need help with all those bags?" She turned her head to the bags before looking back at him. "I don't know carrying those heavy bags and boxes might hurt your scrawny body but sure why not."

Kai opended his mouth to retaliate before promptly shutting up and taking off his red jacket showing his incredibly toned body and mussles. Skylor didn't react though, at least not in an obvious way, she quickly let her eyes can his body before walking out the door and grabbing her stuff.

The two stayed silent for a while before finally all the boxes and bags were in the house and they could close the door. Skylor wandered around the place for a bit, at the front was the small living room with a kitchen and then a small corridor leading to three doors.

Skylor turned to Kai who had resumed his place on the couch. "Which room is yours?" He looked at her smirking. "You know you have your own room unless you wanna share. I'm down for that." The girl grinned replying. "The only one sharing a room with you Kai. Is your body pillow."

She then left the room and thankfully opended the door to what would now be her bedroom. She moved her boxes and bags in and then began to unpack, after a while the room was completely accustomed to how she liked it.

Having her clothes in the wardrobe, bed sheets now orange with white details, objects from home scattered around and finally all her shoes and things like chargers, tablets and books for studying law were out.

"I didn't know you're studying law." The voice of her roommate surprised the girl who had been looking out to the view of the campus. She turned to Kai. "Yeah I am, on that topic what are you studying Kai?"

He leaned against the door frame crossing his arms. "I'm studying physiology." She blinked a few times before walking over to him. "Cool. Now get out my room I gotta put my stuff in the bathroom."

He moved out the way for her as she took a brown bag full of her bathroom stuff into the place they would now be living. They had a shower int eh corner with the sink and toilet next to it in a line leaving little space to walk around.

The girl sighed before setting the bag onto the sink and behan go open the cupboards putting the contents in their respective places.

Little did Skylor know this was only the start.

--- 2 months later ---

Skylor was alone in the flat, earlier that night Kai had side he was going out with a few friends and now it was 3 hours later, 1am and still no Kai. That was until Skylor heard a bang from the living room and went to check on it.

There he was, lying on the floor, clearly drunk. Skylor grabbed the keys from his hand and closed the door locking it, she turned back around to see Kai now sitting up.

Reluctantly she hooked their arms and pulled him up onto the couch, he groaned along the way saying how much his head hurt and how the music was too loud. As Skylor went to leave to get him a glass of water she was stopped by a hand on her wrist.

"Kai what are you doing?" She sat back down meeting his gaze. "Kiss me." Skylor's face turned as red as her hair at this, sure she and Kai had been flirting since the day they met and made jokes about stuff like this but he was drunk and weirdly carresing her arm.

"Kai you're drunk." He laughed before sighing. "Yep. All the more reason to do it now and not be embarrassed in the future." He leaned in for a kiss only to be stopped by Skylor placing two fingers on his mouth.

She sighed. "I'm only gonna admit this because I'm hoping you won't remember it. Kai you are drunk and I don't want our first kiss to be when you are on the brink of passing out." Now it was his turn to sigh.

He then lied down sinking into the sofa. "Okkkkk. When I'm sober then. Tommrow!" He sat up quickly holding out his pinky finger. "Promise you'll kiss me tommorow?"

Skylor laughed slightly before connecting their pinky fingers. "Promise. Only if you're sober though so get to bed while I get you a glass of water."

He nodded stumbling off the couch eventually needing Skylors help to carry him to the bed.

--- The next morning ---

Groaning at the blinding sun Kai went to sit up only to be struck with a monstrous headache the hangerover now hitting real hard. He tried again now successfully only to realise he was shirtless.

When did that happen? He was snapped out of his thoughts though when he heard the door open and in walked Skylor wearing an orange top which complemented her aurburn eyes, blue skinny jeans and her hair was actually out for once and not in a pony tail.

She put down a plate of toast and a glass of water on the dresser top before turning to Kai and sitting on the bed with him, the man, still hungover, just watched as she raised on leg onto the bed while the other remained on the floor.

She turned her upper body to face Kai while placing one strand of her hair behind her ear the sun now hitting the chest area of her body from the blinds, she leaned in as Kai did too not fully processing everything.

Their lips met and she cupped the side of his face leaning in deeper, he now placed ond hand on her waist as he too responded to the kiss. It lasted for a few seconds before she backed away smiling.

"I kept my pinky promise." Was all she said still smiling before getting annoyed hearing Kais response. "Are you drunk?"
