Nya with the other elemental masters preparing their mission plan against the Sons of Garmadon, her gaze kept falling on Lloyd. He was like a little brother to her and they were always close, especially when she always had to babysit him when he was younger.

In all honesty not much time, well not as much time as you would think, has passed since then. After all Lloyd went from being a 10 year old boy to becoming 15 in literally a couple of seconds.

The boy missed 5 years of his childhood and Nya couldn't help but feel guilt for it, if she and Wu had gotten their quicker... Got Lloyd away so he didn't have to make that sacrifice then maybe he wouldn't have to be here right now as a 18 year old having to plan how to take on his own father who was hell bent on destroying him...

Kid has a tough life, Nya may argue that her life has been really bad too, after all her brother and boyfriend were just killed a week ago. And Lloyd had to watch as he was being tortured by the girl he fell in love with who then turned out to be a physco who wanted to torment Lloyd.

Wow yeah he's been through a lot. Nya began to ramble in her thoughts that maybe some of this stuff wouldn't have happened with a few little changes. The Butterfly effect right? Like maybe if he didn't have to drink the tommorows tea he would've- "-ya are you listening?"

Pulled out of her thoughts Nya blinked before nodding. "Yeah yeah carry on." Lloyd nodded as he continued speaking, she began to side eye Nya making sure she was actually listening this time.

The water ninja woke up hearing a creaking noise, she sat up seeing a green gi pulling up the door and sneaking out. She sighed to herself getting up to follow him and while he made lots of noise she barley made a sound.

Standing outside her head bolted to see blonde hair climbing up to the roof. 'What is he doing?' Nya asked herself as she too went on the creaky ladder up to the roof. It's a miracle Lloyd hadn't noticed her yet as he was too lost in his thoughts.

I mean who could blame him? Earlier that day they had snuck into Borg Tower and he gave a speech to all the people of Ninjago before they had to escape. He was in the right to be a little shaken up.

Reaching the top of the roof Nya glanced to see Lloyd staring up to the top of Borg Tower hugging his knees, while they couldn't see much of it from here the purple glow emitting from the roof told them Garmadon was using his power.

The elemental power of Destruction, the same power he used against Lloyd.

Walking over to the ninja Nya sat herself down next to him, he glanced at her, a frown forming on his face reasling he'd been caught sneaking off instead of sleeping. "Nya.." She hummed showing she was listening. "Do ya ever just think about the amount of times we've lost the other ninja." She turned her head to face him.

"Like the amount of times we've lost Zane or how we could get separated or when we're on separate missions but we know that everyone will be fine... I keep telling myself that maybe there's a way they survived the bounty being crushed but-" He turned to look at his sister. "Nya-"

His voice began to crack as tears formed in his eyes. "Nya I don't think they're coming back..." He broke down as Nya pulled him into a hug. "Oh Lloyd..." Tears began to form in her eyes too, using her element she pushed them away.

She couldn't be weak right now. Not when Lloyd needed her to be strong, she could cry some other time but not now. Not when her little brother who shouldn't even be having to experience something like this, needed her.

She had to get stronger. Stronger so she could train and protect him and one day see him get his elemental power back.
