Is it really hard not to cheat?

I truly tried not to say anything about this but these past few weeks, whenever I open my social media apps, I can't scroll past two posts without encountering a story about this guy and that guy cheating on their wives or partners. Famous men betraying the people they professed to love.

I mean, everyone could cheat, men and women alike, gay or straight, but it seems like straight men are doing a banging job of cheating and then getting themselves caught.

We have discussed cheating on my previous entries, several times already. You know my stance on it, you know what I think about it. But somehow it still amazes me that people just can't seem to learn from other people's cheating experiences.

Don't do it. Don't cheat. I mean, is it really hard? I...

Qing: (displeased) Why are you getting upset about it?

Me: Because these people are giving love a bad name. If you are in a marriage or in a relationship, cheating hurts the whole foundation of your love.

Qing: Thats their problem. Not ours.

Me: Cheating is a culture. Being apathetic about just worsen the problem. This is not a "bro before hoe" thing, Qing. We should call out cheaters and condemn them.

Qing: (humming) True. But come to think of it, the problem is that they don't know how to hide it...ah! AH! Dayu ah! It hurts.

Me: (smacking his arm for the fourth time) That mindset, throw it away. Getting caught is not the problem. Its doing something you have to hide that is the problem. I mean, if its not wrong, you wouldn't hide it. That should have been their first clue not to do it!

Qing: I agree. I was just joking.

Me: Ah, you are joking. I hate it.

Qing: (wincing) Sorry, Love. But really, stop looking at me like those jerks cheating was my idea. Its theirs!

Me: (sighing) I'm sorry. I didn't mean to do it. I'm just pissed off. These famous men who know that they have a lot to lose, doing this...its infuriating.

Qing: Maybe they think they can get away with it because they are famous.

Me: Then they should be doubly shamed.

Qing: I'd prefer it if they will stay away forever and never to be heard again, especially by you so you won't get stress about them again.

Me: I agree. But still cheaters should be shamed.

Qing: They should be.

I swear, cheating should be a downward trend now. Who has time and energy to cheat? I...*sigh*...never mind. In the end, its not a problem of mine since I told Qing.

Me: Imagine all we have to go through to get married and then we'll just throw it away for an illicit affair? Imagine that.

Qing: (looking nauseous) I cannot imagine it.

Me: Exactly. I think, if ever I am faced with a temptation to cheat on you...I'll think of the times we had to drag each other to see flowers, to go to tux fitting, and menu structures. Even if the third party is Emma Watson, I think I'll pass.

Qing: Emma Watson is one of your ultimate crushes. Like Son Ye Jin.

Me: Exactly. And Son Ye Jin is married now. I don't think she'll pick me over Hyun Bin. I can't win that.

Qing chuckled. He wrapped his arms around me.

Qing: (kissing my cheek) I'll pick you every time.

Me: And I you...
