Its here! Its here! Gods June ended with such a disaster of us getting a Covid scare but look what slid into our home as July came.

A sample of our invitation! Its here!

And its DIVINE!

Its gorgeous. Its beautiful. I almost don't want to touch it. From the twine used to tie it all up to the intricate details on the box, its a masterpiece in my opinion.

Plus, our wedding planners were happy to see it.

WP3: I gotta say, I thought it won't work out but it did. Its better than I expected.

WP1: I had high expectations for it yet it still surpassed my imaginations.

Me: (all excited) Lets open it!

The puzzle box is so easy to open. You'll just push several hidden buttons on the box in the right order and the lid will pop up. It won't if the sequence of the buttons you will push is out of order. Thats the genius of it. Then you can slide a compartment out where our wedding invites are nestled in.

Its only tricky if you don't know the sequence of the hidden buttons to push. And since we are including the instruction on a paper safely attached on the box, anyone could open the box.

When I opened it, there I saw this beautifully printed piece of light teal colored paper that is our invitations. It has the date and the venue of our wedding as well as our heartfelt encouragement for them to share this special moment with us.

The paper is scented. It gives this fresh scent of leaves and lavender as well as some type of woodsy fragrance. There is also colored white RSVP card that our guests could send back to us to know if they could attend our wedding or not as well as check their prepared food on our menu. And there is also a space to tell us if there are allergic to something, we'll keep all information in mind.

Aside from the papers, there is also a small sprig of dried flowers and leaves inside the box that serves as designs as well. The leaves are peace lilies while the dried flowers are peony buds. Those two means luck and peace, or they are supposed to be. I should probably research about that.

Anyways, I am satisfied with how our invitations came out. It feels special. It feel uniquely us. I love it. Qing and our wedding planners, like it too.

WP1: I'm truly glad it all work out for us. I think we got lucky with this one.

Qing: (all smiles) Yes, I think so too.

WP2: Now, all we need to do is produce another 150 or so of this until the second week of July and we are golden.

Me: We called our box maker and they told me that they already have more than 120 boxes made.

WP3: The prints and twines are done being made.

Me: Then its just about the sprigs of dried leavs and flowers, as well as printed instruction and we are all set.

WP2: We'll make sure it will be ready to be send out before the end of July.

Qing: That'll give our guests roughly 5 months to attend our wedding.

Me: (smiling at our wedding planners) Are you sure you won't join us in our bachelor party weekend? It will be fun.

WP1: I have another client I need to help with the preparations for her baby shower.

WP2: I have prior commitment as well.

WP3: I'm not into those kind of things so...I don't think its for me.

Me: Oh, alright. But if you all ever change your mind, let us know and we'll automatically free a spot for you.

They thanked me for my good intention. We cleaned up and they left the sample invitation to us. I carefully placed that in the center table. Good thing Kuan and Kuangnu are already back in the mansion. Surely...they won't chew this box even if they are here.
