(The dress Adora tries on) ^^^

"Catra, please!" Adora begged.

In the time that Catra and Adora have become best friends, they've always gone to Adora's house.

"I don't know 'Dor." Adora laid her head in Catra's lap while she played Temple Run on her phone.

Adora snatched the device out of the brunette's hands and frowned, "We're always here, and it's boring now! Why can't we go to your house?"

Those damn baby blue eyes deceiving her, "Fine, we can go to my house." Catra finally agreed. Adora tried to contain her excitement, but clearly failed.

She had a huge grin on her face as she slid on her sneakers, "Okay, let's go!" Catra chuckled at the blonde.

~~~
Adora was a bit giddy when they stepped into the large house. It smelled like sweet magnolias and roses, probably from the garden, and it looked pretty clean. The first thing Adora noticed was the large double staircase, the second being the large organ.
"Wow...why are we just now hanging out here?" Adora slipped off her sneakers next to the door.
Catra only shrugged and led the way toward the kitchen, "Hungry?" They didn't have much of anything in the fridge, pantry or cabinets, but she had to offer something. Luckily her mother took some precautions and bought some things from the grocery store just in case a human were to visit.
"No, I'm good. Your house is amazing." Adora admired the place with awe.
"Thanks, let's go to my room."
Adora gasped at the guitar in the corner of the bedroom, "I didn't know you played!" Catra just sat on her bed and watched the blonde with a smile.
"You never asked." Adora looked around some more, eyes slendering and focusing on a particularly familiar pile of clothing on the dresser.
"Hey! These are mine!" Adora pointed to a pile of her own hoodies and various t-shirts.
"Then why are they at my house?" Catra smirked.
"I knew I wasn't going crazy!" Catra only giggled as Adora advanced toward the closet.
She gasped when she saw the girl's wardrobe, "Where did you get all of these medieval-looking dresses?"
"Oh, some of my relatives made them or bought them in Spain."
Adora nodded and smiled with excitement, "Can I wear one!?" Catra nodded slowly.
"Go for it, just be careful. Tía Velor would slap me with pure silver if one ripped." Adora raised a brow and turned toward Catra confused.
"What?" Catra's eyes widened at her slip up.
"I-I mean she would um, because like, pure silver is really firm...it hurts...a lot?" Adora only looked concerned.
"I hope you're joking...that sounds dangerous." Luckily Adora is oblivious enough to believe that statement.
Catra took a breath of relief as Adora began to change into the dress. Catra had to tear her eyes away from the blonde.
"Wow! It's really itchy though...but still pretty!" Adora posed in the mirror.
"It definitely suits you." Catra smiled at the blonde.
"Your relatives are very talented." Adora traced lines of lace with her finger.
Catra nodded. Before she could speak, her mother knocked on the door, "Catra-"
Adora turned toward the woman at the bedroom door, "Oh...hello there. I'm Catra's mother, C'yra."
