I got dressed into a pair of baggy cargos and a long sleeve black top. I looked to the bed to see Nico lying down perfectly. A smile formed on my lips as I brushed through my straight hair. I returned to the bathroom and applied a little makeup, adding some blush. I smiled adding a bandanna to keep my flyaways out of my face. Today I was pulling a Miss Bella Hadid. Before I knew it I could see a sleepy Nico walk through the bathroom door. He looked to the side, obviously still asleep.

His sleepy voice made me want to fold as he asked, "why are you awake?"

I turned around leaning my back against the bathroom sink. I smiled at Nico and said, "I'm helping Gladis shop for the lunch today, she's pretty nervous to cook."

"Mhmm. Or you could stay and have a shower with me."

I looked down breaking into a little laugh. "Tempting but no Mr Santino." I took a step towards him and lifted myself on my tippy toes as I kissed him on the cheek. "See you at lunch."

Nico nodded and said, "gun."

I nodded, "don't worry I have it. By Nico baby."

"Uh-huh and Mia."

I turned around as he continued, "you look fucking hot, so if any guy comes up to you tell them my name."

"Uh-huh Nico."

I smiled and walked away. I grabbed my bag and made sure I have a loaded gun.  I walked downstairs to the second kitchen where Gladis said she would meet me. I'm so excited, we haven't gone out together. I entered the second kitchen as the light peered in. Gladis was standing there writing something on a notepad.

"Hey," I say.

Gladis looked up and smiled, "ciao cara. (Hi darling)."

"What are you doing?"

Gladis sighed, "writing a long list of ingredients, because more than likely I'll forget." She smiled and placed it in her purse as she said, "I'm very much nervous. If my food doesn't taste good-"

I stopped her and stepped towards Gladis cupping her hand in mine as I saw the anxiety cross over her cute old face, "Gladis your cooking is amazing and everyone will love it. Just don't worry about it."

Gladis nodded, "mia cara, you always know what. to say."

Gladis ran me through all of the dishes all the way from cheese platters to salads to pasta. It was alot. It was also going to be a massive grocery shop. Filled with everything along the main which was going to be alot.

Just a matter of time before we both made our way to Gladis's small baby pink Nissan Fiagro. She calls her car petunia. I think it's a cute name. I got in the car and it smelt like a waft of flowers and perfume. I smiled.

Gladis started driving into the city asking all these questions about Nico and I. She was like asking if I was thinking about marriage. I laughed it off but deep inside I don't think I would even think about getting married to anyone else. He's the only one that makes me feel like I'm something special. Whenever he smiles at me my heart warms. Every time he touches me my skin lights on fire and I feel alive. He's the only person in the whole wide world that overwhelms all of my emotions in a good way.

Gladis parked the car and hopped out, I did too.  We started to do some grocery shopping. My mind was bombarded by so many different types of veggies like wth. I didn't know there was over 20,000 different types of veggies out there and we bought like about 200 today. It was just Gladis and I too so it just made this task super difficult for no good reason. I mean how is all of this food going to fit in the Nissan Fiagro. I asked Gladis her grey hair shining from the sunlight reflecting off the brick floor. I asked, "do we need to grab anything else?"
