I was in her hometown. I called her parents, I needed to talk to her dad. I know he knew why. I didn't plan on asking her to marry me until vacation now but I don't have any time to come talk to him with our Kelly being with me after this week.

I was staying at their house tonight and driving up for the game tomorrow with them. Which I wasn't sure how I was going to FaceTime her so she didn't know where I was. I had got a car to their house. We were pulling up. Wow.

Kells told me what it looked like but it was beautiful. It was a big white farm house back off the road very long driveway white fence all around. Big wrap around porch. Huge garage. They had alot of land. Now I see why she's so particular at such a young age.

We got to the end of the driveway I got out and grabbed my bags. I paid and tipped the driver and walked up to the porch. I rang the door bell. It took a couple minutes but her mom answered the door.

"Luke!" She said pulling me in and hugging me. It was 430 that afternoon her mom said she was going to cook dinner for us 3. I knew we had to leave at 5 am for her game. So we weren't going to be up super late besides I'm exhausted.

"Hi Mrs hall." I said hugging her back.

"Dr. Hall is still at the hospital but come in I have wine and beer, and I have a meat and cheese tray and fruit tray out." She said.

"Please tell me you did not do all that for me." I said.

"Of course not, I always do one for when guests come over. But I did two for you." She said smiling.

"I appreciate it, but next time trust me I'm content with waiting for dinner or having something you don't prep. But thank you."

"After your flight you deserve something more than a bag of chips. Let me show you to the Kelly's room. Unless you rather sleep in a guest room."

"I'm fine wherever." I said. She smiled.

We walked up the steps. She had pictures on the wall. I stopped. She stopped and looked behind me looking at them on the wall.

"Is this Kells?" I asked. She was in this poofy dress and bonnet. I smiled.

"Yes it is." She said.

"How old?"

"She was about 6 months in that picture." She said.

"She was so cute." I said.

"Come on let's get you settled in and I'll pull out some photo albums." She said.

We walked up and went into her room. It was massive. You walked in to a sitting room, like a small living room. I looked around.

"She's a gamer?" I said going to the Xbox and wii.

"She was until junior year of high school. I honestly don't even know the last time she turned these on." She said. I looked at the walls. She had a picture of her and Michael Jordan.
