**Kells POV**

I was sitting in the waiting room next to the window looking out just crying. I had one of Luke's hoodies on. I saw Carter come out. He came over and just wrapped his arms around me.

"Why? Why can't we catch a break?" I asked him crying harder.

"I know... listen he wants us to leave but I told him he needs to tell you that himself.. I know he'll change his mind as soon as he sees you. But I'll stay out here all night I'm fine with that." He said.

"He needs to get over himself. If it wasn't for you he'd be dead... and if it wasn't for me he wouldn't be in this situation if he's keeping anyone here it needs to be you." I said pissed as I cried.

"Just go in and see him Kells he does love you more than anything." He said to me. I sighed. He released me from his hold I wiped the tears away.

"But he's not himself...will he ever be again?"

"Yes, Kelly these past two panic attacks when did he come to it? The second you touched him and he saw your face and heard your voice. Trust me the stuff he's saying I'm pissed. But he just needs you."

"You're right..." I said. "Do you need me to bring you out a blanket or anything?"

"Nah I'm good. I have my phone if you need me." He said. I walked in. Travis his nurse was sitting outside at the computer by his door.

"Is he good?" I asked.

"Doc put him on Trazodone then he'll get a antidepressant during daylight. He was on the phone when I left the room." He said.

" with who?!"

"No clue."

The curtain was pulled the door was also closed I opened the door some.

"She doesn't get it... I just want to be home...." I heard him say.

I went in. He froze.

"Hey listen I gotta go..." he said. I went over and grabbed the phone.

"Who were you talking to?" I asked him.

"No one..." he said

"Luke you were talking about me so who was it?" I asked him.

"Kelly it doesn't matter... listen I love you and I'm sorry I'm being an asshole."

"Who was it?" I asked.

"Caroline...." He said my heart broke into a million pieces.

"Seriously?" I said fighting the tears.

"Kelly it was a lapse in judgement..: I shouldn't have called her." He said.

"Listen I'll leave and she can come take care of you..." I said I felt the tears coming.

"No! I want you... I NEED YOU" he said.

"Then prove it Luke." I said.
