They met at a Charity event. She came from nothing, he has everything. Can they make it work? Will their different worlds, bring it all down?
It's based in the 2022 season but I've had to change a few things for the storyline etc to fit.

Lottie was attending a fundraising event for a Mental Health Charity that she had supported throughout the years. They did amazing work and helped her when she needed them the most. The event was held in London and was a black tie event. There would be countless celebrities that supported the charity and Lottie was grateful to help the event organisers and tell her story.

Lottie had spent the last two weeks hand making this dress as she wanted something that reflected her personality. This would be the first time she would be talking about her story in a room full of people. She wanted to be wearing something that she was comfortable in and was her. Lottie pulls up to the venue, the banners showcasing the event flowing on the old stone pillars of the old town building. Lottie was about to go meet Maggie, someone who she had grown incredibly close to over the years. As Lottie walked up the stairs, the venue was busy with staff walking around with jugs of water, trolleys of glasses, the centrepieces been re-adjusted to look correct. As she stepped through the big doors of the building, her glittery heels clanking on the marble floor, Lottie could see Maggie at the signing in table talking to a young girl. Maggie was the fundraiser director and was responsible for this event but she was more than that to Lottie. Lottie would always get involved with these kind of events, helping where she could as she was so thankful for the work the charity did. As Lottie walked towards Maggie, the fundraising director turned to Lottie with a big welcoming smile on her face. Maggie was wearing a tight fitted black pencil dress that went to the knee and had thin straps at the top holding the dress in place, her long red hair flowing down, the waves resting on the open back of the dress. Maggie held her arms out for Lottie to hug her. They embraced each other and Lottie could smell the sweet scent of roses on Maggie. As they stepped away from the embrace, Maggie took a step back looking at Lottie's beautiful dress.
"Lottie, wow you look beautiful" Maggie still holding on to Lottie's arm with a big smile on her face.
"I could say the same to you, that dress." Lottie observes the very elegant looking dress, hugging Maggie's tiny frame. "Come look at the room" Before Lottie can answer Maggie drags Lottie by the wrist and drags her to the room to the left. The room was huge, with tall ceilings, there was a stage to the right and in front of the stage stood multiple round tables with chairs placed around them. In the middle of the tables were big blossom trees, the dinner set already waiting for the arrival of food. The theme this year was woodland, tall trees stood around the room and to the far back of the room was a dancefloor and a DJ who was quietly playing 80's hits. "Maggie, this looks beautiful" Lottie looks at her friend after observing the room. "I know, I love this year's theme" Maggie is impressed with what she's achieved until she notices the time on her delicate gold watch on her wrist. "Right I need to quickly brief you, the guests will be arriving soon. Come with me" They both head back out to the signing in table in the hall, Maggie hands Lottie several sheets. They were now joined by a younger girl who was sitting looking at the two beautiful ladies in front of her. "Right here is the sign in sheet, Guests will have an invite, so cross them off and then one of the team will escort them to their seat. I've also got Ellie helping you too" Maggie points to the young girl who smiles at Lottie. "I'll leave you too it" Maggie clambers off back into the main room. Lottie heads around to the other side of the table to join Ellie. For the next hour the two girls were swamped by the sheer amount of guests attending the events. Lottie had to keep helping Ellie as she was easily flustered. Guests were then taken to their table by the lovely team who stood waiting. The guests consisted of wealthy business people, celebrities and influencers. Lottie was happy to see such a good turnout but couldn't help feeling the anxiety creeping up on her, knowing soon she would be talking in front of all these people.
