Chapter 4 (Part 1)

Josh's POV

I hadn't seen Liz in two days but today we started filming so she couldn't keep avoiding me.

Why did I even care? I don't know, but I did.

As I got into my character's clothes I was buzzing with excitement. I loved acting and using my imagination to bring a character and a whole other world to life, it gave me such a rush.

As I walked out of the dressing room and towards the director all I had in my brain were the lines I knew by heart.

"You ready Josh?" Michael asked and I grinned.

"I was born ready" I answered and he smiled.

"That's the attitude! Now we just have to wait for Liz, then she has to get in all the gear for the stunts" as soon as he said that, I felt a presence behind me.

"I'm here" I heard her soft voice say and I turned around.

My gaze took her in head to toe and I smiled wider. She was wearing ripped skinny jeans, black combat boots and a dark grey tank top. Her wild curly hair was tried to be tamed into a  messy braid to the side. The only make-up on her face was black eye liner which made her blue orbs look like the dark ocean in the horizon.

"Nice" I finally said.

"Like what you see?" she asked with a raised eyebrow and I grinned but didn't answer.

"Whatever" she said and walked towards the place where the scene was going to be filmed and I followed.

"When are you dropping the tough act?" I asked as I caught up with her.

"Sorry to burst your bubble sweetheart, but this is who I really am, the nice, sweet personality was the the one that was an act and you fell for it" she stated with a smirk and I laughed.

"You actually believe that don't you? It's kind of sad really" I replied and she snorted while she pretended I wasn't standing next to her.

"Okay, everyone! We're going to start with scene 103 where Josh's character admits his feelings to Liz's character then comes the attack. Take your places people, we start in 2 minutes!" Michael announced and I laughed, Liz looked at me and shook her head as if thinking,'this is not happening to me'.
