Liz's POV

We had to do the scene about 10 times before we could get it without laughing and 5 more until we did it 'perfectly'.

It was hard for me to stay there while Josh took my face in his hands and told me how much he loved me; it was so awkward! I kept messing up the scene and Josh would have laughing fits. When the filming was done for the day, Michael congratulated us on the final product. "It's going to be amazing on the big screen, you have my word" he promised and we nodded in agreement.

I was walking away when I heard steps behind me and I sighed.

"What do you want?" I asked as he caught up and was walking beside me.

"Nothing, just keeping you company" he replied. I snorted.

"I don't need it" I stated and he laughed.

"That's what you think" he said.

"Josh, seriously go away" I warned, but as I sneaked a peek at him, he was smiling.

"Want to go eat?" he asked, completely ignoring my warning.

"Now, why would I want to do that? I asked with my voice full of sarcasm.

"Because deep down, you want to spend quality time with me" he said trying to keep a straight face.

"Josh, I apologize if I hurt your feelings, but you're not really my type, I'm sorry" I said through gritted teeth, just because it kind of felt like a lie.

"Hmm... I never said you were my type either... but I would LOVE to know why I'm not your type" he prompted.

"You're too nice" I said simply and turned to the left towards the Hawaiian bar...

A couple of hours later I was completely and hopelessly drunk.

"Hey beautiful, need help getting to your room?" an island native who looked about 10 years older than me, asked.

"No, thank you!" I said in a laughing fit and slurring the words together, making it hard to understand me.

"C'mon I'll help you. What's your room?" he asked intently.

"Leave me alone" I said pushing him away and walking out of the little bar.

As I was met with the darkness of the night I breathed in the tropical smell that was so part of the island. As I made my way to the hotel someone grabbed me by the waist and put a hand on my mouth to stop me from screaming. I was dragged behind some tall bushes then towards the deserted beach. I bit the male hand holding me quiet and made him let me go. I turned around to face the coward and in front of me was the guy from the bar.

"What the hell?" I yelled and he was holding in his hand as a little blood poured from where I had bit him.

"Bitch, look what you did?" he said in anger and slapped me across the right cheek and I fell on the sand as tears stung in my eyes.

He jumped on top of me and started trying to get a grip of my jeans' button and zipper. I kept moving and trying to push him away, screaming for dear life.

Suddenly I heard people yelling at the guy to stop. Then the Hawaiian authority pulled him away from me and handcuffed him as Josh held me as I cried in his chest.

"Please, not again, please" I cried and he silently gathered me on his arms and took me up to my room.

He looked in my bag, took out the card key and opened the door, as I held on to him. He placed me on the bed still silently letting me calm down.

"Thank you" I whispered on his chest.

"No problem... it's a good thing that guy wasn't your type either" he said softly and despise me being upset I chuckled. The scary moment kind of pushed the alcohol out of my system because I didn't feel drunk anymore.

"I lied. I don't even have a type" I stated and he laughed.

"So I'm still too nice?" he asked and I pulled away from his embrace; it felt too good to be in his arms.

"You're wayyy too nice" I replied.

"Ugh. Never had being nice had been an issue until now" he stated in fake frustration. I smiled.

"Don't change for anyone" I whispered before placing a kiss on his cheek.

"Only 'cause you asked nicely" he joked and I hit his arm playfully.

"I should go... unless you need me to stay?" he asked unsure of what to do.

"I'm still not myself so you should go, just in case" I said and he smiled.

"Alright... good night" he whispered as he kissed my forehead and walked out and closed the door of my room... but opened the one in my heart.
