Josh's POV

As all the actors/ actresses were waiting to board the private plane that was going to take us to the Hawaiian island, which the producers rented so we could film there for 5 months, I noticed the diva was missing.

I walked towards Michael, the director; "So where's the princess?" I asked annoyed that she was going to mess up the whole movie for us.

"She's probably at the island already, she requested to leave earlier so she could have enough time to get settled" he responded.

"Of course" I said while rolling my eyes, then took a seat next to him and a few minutes later we were called to board the plane.

I had arrived about an hour ago and finally took time to get myself settled and unpack. As I was folding clothes and putting them on drawers, I heard a soft knock on the door. Thinking it was a maid or cleaner I yelled it was open as I kept working with my clothes. I heard the door creak open slowly and then closing.

"Hi" I said without turning around.

"I'm the diva? You can't even make eye contact when someone enters your room" I heard a familiar voice say.

Quickly I turned around and found the small female figure a couple of feet from me. Her long, curly, dirty blonde hair framed her face. She was wearing cut-off shorts, a white t-shirt and comfortable sandals. To my surprise, she wasn't wearing sunglasses like when we met so I could see her young looking face and a pair of deep ocean blue eyes that stand out thanks to her soft tanned skin.... she was beautiful.

Then I realized I had been staring at her while I stood there speechless.

"Hi" I said slowly and she smiled, revealing two sweet dimples on either side of her mouth and I couldn't help myself from smiling back at her.

"Anyways, I just came to introduce myself again" she said quickly.

"Why?" I asked confused.

"Yesterday I wasn't very nice to you... I had a rough night and I took it out on you, so I want to start over" she replied. I smiled wider.

"I kind of gave you a hard time too, so it's not entirely your fault. But a clean slate sounds good to me... I'm Josh" I said, offering my hand out to her, she didn't hesitate before taking it with her small soft palm.

"I'm Liz" she said and we both grinned at our little scene before letting our hands fall to our sides again.

"Well.... now I feel awkward so, bye!" she exclaimed and ran out of the room, leaving me with a smile on my face.

Maybe I misjudged her and it was not going to be so bad working with her....

Liz's POV

Operation 'Make Josh fall madly in love' phase one is completed. Making him look at me and acting like I'm a bit shy is the first point at my favor, he does look like the type of guy that likes sweet girls.

Now phase 2: Research. I took my phone out of my back pocket and I pressed the number 3 on speed dial, which was answered at the second ring.

"Hey, Fernando. I need info. His name is Joshua 'Josh' Hutcherson. I need to know everything! From his favorite food, to his pets, to his ex-girlfriend history" I said to the phone and was responded by a simple 'Give me a couple of hours' and hung up.

This next 5 months were going to be so much fun!

                                              *     *     *     *     *

I had received a message from the director and producer, that we had a cast meeting. I'm guessing the purpose was to make introductions and I really dreaded meeting new people and having to pretend like I'm nice and that we're all going to be best friends when in reality no one can stand each other. So I faked I wasn't feeling well and when Michael came to check on me, I told him I had food poisoning and before he could doubt me I ran to the bathroom and made myself vomit, making him believe me and letting me stay in my room for the rest of the night.

About an hour later, there was a knock on my door.

I jumped on my bed, pulled the covers up to my chest and said 'Come in!'. When I looked at the door, a head peaked in. Josh's head. I smiled and sat up.

"What a surprise, aren't you supposed to be at the meeting?" I asked holding my stomach like if I had tummy ache.

"I was, but I heard you had food poisoning so I came to ask if you needed something" he said with a grin and I found myself smiling too, then when I realized what I was doing I stopped and looked at my hands.

"I thought you might be faking the whole thing but no you look horrible" he said grinning wider.

"Hey! Faking sickness is harder than you think, you've got to make it look real" I confessed. He laughed.

"So you were faking it! Why though?" he asked with a small frown on his forehead.

"Can I tell you a secret?" I asked in a whisper. He nodded, taking a few steps closer to my bed to hear me better.

"I'm terrible at meeting new people... I don't know why but I feel so awkward and out of place so I just hate it" I finished. He smiled again.

"You feel awkward, seriously? I love meeting new people!" he exclaimed and I rolled my eyes.

"Don't rub it in.... I literally feel like a retarded penguin in an eagle nest" I joked and he chuckled.

This was going to be too damn easy, I thought to myself while keeping up my charm.
