Somehow, Biana had managed to get Janessa into the most ostentatious outfit she'd ever worn in her entire life. The dress was a pale pink, Biana's favourite colour, and its wispy skirt reached down to her ankles. The v-neck, loose, short sleeves, and sparkly silver belt right at her waistline complimented her body in a way she had never noticed before, and, as the cherry on top, a silver headband bedecked in pink sapphires pushed her curly, white hair back.

Thanks to some elixirs, her ringlets were fuller and neater than usual, and her eyes were lined in silver with dark, curled eyelashes.

"You don't think this is a little much for a shopping trip?" Janessa asked tentatively, though she was admiring the way the skirt flowed as she spun in the mirror.

Biana huffed goodnaturedly, shaking her head. "As if! If anything, I went easy on you. After today, we'll be picking up plenty of appropriate outfits for future girls days."

Janessa's lips twitched, fighting back a smile, and she shrugged. "I guess it's not bad. And it's pretty fun spinning with this type of skirt."

"Right?!" Biana agreed, finishing up the touches on her own outfit, a royal purple dress with a square neckline that, though simpler than Janessa's, seemed infinitely more regal, like a queen rather than a princess. A small, but intricate pink and teal hair clip sat on her even more luscious than usual brown hair, perfectly complimenting her matching teal eyes and fair, pink-toned skin. Looking at herself in the mirror once more and seeing how her outfit matched all her own colouring perfectly, despite belonging to Biana, made Janessa realize just how much of a fashion goddess Biana truly was. She was definitely more than impressed.

"You know, I know Sophie and the boys don't really care about this stuff, but I think it's really cool that you're so good at fashion and all that. I admire it a lot." Janessa said absentmindedly.

Biana cheek's blushed pink to match her hairpiece. "Really? You don't think it's too girly and boring?"

Janessa smiled, shaking her head. "Personally, I don't really see the connection between being girly and being boring. There's nothing wrong with girliness. I mean, when we first met, and you said 'Sparkles make everything better', the others didn't really think anything of it, but it made me a lot more confident in my appearance." Janessa paused, looking away briefly. "I guess what I mean is, you have a lot of power to make people feel good about themselves, and just because some people are shallow about their appearances, doesn't mean girliness is by definition shallow. It's one of my favourite things about you."

Biana was blushing brightly by then, her shoulders somehow straighter than before, and her eyes widened in clarity. "Thanks, Janessa. That's really... That makes me feel really good." After a brief pause, Biana continued, "Wow, we're really getting a couple months worth of wholesome moments done with in a day."

The two girls burst into giggles, holding each other's hands fondly, as they started to finally make their way out of the mansion to go on their shopping trip, taking Everglen's Leapmaster to Mysterium, which is apparently where all the good shops were.

"Don't think you've gotten out of this whole conversation about a crush, by the way, Janessa. Even though it's been a while, I did not forget." Biana said sharply, her eyes intent and unwavering.

Janessa chuckled, finding she really didn't mind telling Biana any of this anymore. It just felt right. "Well, the other night, Amy started kind of hounding me on whether I liked anyone, cuz I guess Amy wanted to gossip with me and give me love advice. And then, Livvy started saying all these things about her and Squall betting on who from our group I would end up dating, and I guess it's just really confusing cuz I don't know if I like anyone."
