I turn around and see Colton walking towards me. "I thought you would be Sam."

"Ouch, Princess, that hurts."

"How did you know where I was?"

"I followed you." I laugh at his matter-of-fact tone and go back to looking at the more beautiful scene of the cliff. "Is that so? Why?"

"Cause if you die that means me and Sam are the only two that have the same birth car and I'm not gay." I look at him for a second before I burst out laughing, the good kind that makes you look weird and mainly happens around your family and closest friends. "Why are you laughing? I'm 100% serious right now, Jo" I stop laughing at him gradually but can't stop smiling at the comment. "Wait, did you just call me Jo?"

"Yeah, why?"

"Nothing." I shake my head and move closer towards the edge. "Where do you live?" I can feel his gaze but don't turn around like I want to waiting impatiently for his answer. "I live where I want to."

"Well that's skeptical."

"I don't live in one spot. I move around. I'm kind of a male gypsy." I nod slowly, "Well that's a relief, that you aren't a girl gypsy." He laughs. I think this is the first time I've heard him laugh. It's kinda nice, in a warm and safe way. I smile and turn around to look at him, "Is there a reason why you and Sam came to my house?" He scratches his neck as if uncomfortable. I tilt my head to the right slightly as I wait for the answer, hoping he will at least give me an answer, lie or not. "Sam wanted to know if you were okay since you seemed so upset."

"What about you? Why not let him come alone?"

"I know what it's like to be yelled at by the king, and being told your opinion doesn't matter, I wanted to know if you could handle it."

"What do you mean? If I could handle it? That isn't my first time being yelled at by him. I get his daughter into some...not very 'lady-like' situations." He gives me a small smile, "No I meant, if you were okay after he yelled at you and told you what you thought doesn't matter."

"Oh, yeah I have to be. Not much I can do against him."

"Come on, you need some sleep. The festival is in 6 days now."

"Yeah, six days and like 22 hours." I shake my head and get into his 'extra' car or car that isn't his birth car as he holds the door for me. He drives in silence as I look out my window wondering. If I choose him then would I be strong enough to leave my home? And if I'm not, it isn't fair for him to be stuck here. I have no idea who to choose.
