Chapter 15

Thursday 6:00 a.m.
Quackity blinked awake a bit, letting his eyes adjust to the bit of daylight the sun rise was letting in the room. His head hurt like hell and he felt like throwing up. Q just yawned and slightly rubbed his eyes before he got slightly squished against something.

He looked up and released it was Karl holding him quite tightly. A pinkish red hue came across his face as he stared at Karl with his heart pounding. 'Why am I here? doesn't he think i'm a freak..?' Quackity just thought staring at Karl.

He didn't dream it right? Where Karl found out he was a hybrid, surely not as he feels sick which is usually an affect he feels when he gets to emotional or sometimes after he has a panic attack. Q looked at Karl again and just sighed as he slowly got up taking Karl's hands off him trying his best not to wake up the taller male. Quackity eventually succeeded and slowly crawled out of bed and out the room closing the door once he was out to muffle any noise he made.

Quackity let out a long and relieved sigh as he walked downstairs to the front door taking his shoes and putting them on. "And where are you going?" a voiced called out. Quackity slightly froze as he semi flinched and slowly turned around to face a curious Sapnap leaning on a wall staring back at him. Quackity quickly looked away from Sapnap and scrambled to his feet looking at the ground and holding his hands together, "n-nothing...i-i was trying-" "to leave without saying something?" Sapnap finished for Q as he slowly walked over to him.

Quackity let out a whimper and sighed, "I-I know this looks bad but-" "You don't have to be scared" Sapnap replied and carefully took Quackity's hands in one of his own and used his free hand to gently lift Q's head to look at him from his chin. Quackity stared at Sapnap's fire like eyes and could feel his face heat up and turn pink or red.

Sapnap gave Q a small smile before letting him go and walked to the kitchen and gestured for Q to follow. Q just took a minute to calm down before he followed Sapnap a bit weary. Sapnap yawned a bit as he walked over to the stove and turned around to Quackity giving him a plate of bacon and pancakes. Quackity took the plate and looked at Sap but before he could say or reject the offer of food Sapnap practically pushed him off to the table and forced him to sit down. "W-Wait sap-" "We have syrup here and ill get ya something to drink" Sapnap said and quickly rushed off back to the kitchen before he could hear anything Q had to say.

Quackity just nodded and looked at the food, he wasn't gonna lie he felt like vomiting everywhere staring at the food but he kept that feeling down as he slowly took some syrup and poured it on his pancakes, then started to cut them in reasonable pieces to eat. Eventually Sapnap came back and placed a glads of milk next to Quackity's plate as he sat down and stared at Q. Quackity just quietly said thank you and started eating as Sap watched while he ate.

After a while of silence Sapnap cleared his throat and began to speak, "Listen Quackity I know you haven't know me for very long nor do you know Karl for long at least I don't think so. But he really cares about you and I do to, consider us strangers if you must but we care, this is probably the 4th time you ended up in our home with being upset-" "i'm sorry....I-I really don't mean to bother you two-" "Let me finish." Sapnap practically demanded and Quackity quickly shut back up as he nodded and slightly blushed kind of finding it hot. Sapnap smiled slightly as he nodded a thank you to Q and picked up where he left off, "now don't think we mind because we don't if you want to stay here or visit from time to time feel free to since you seem to calm down here quite well and I would prefer us with you rather than you at a park with people who are willing to do who knows what to someone like you"

Quackity looked at Sapnap and slightly smiled as he nodded, "Thanks, I will" Sapnap nodded and began to speak once again, "mhm and another thing, you have every right to not tell us what your going through or what is happening to make you upset, me and Karl understand that you might need some time to trust us or you just prefer us not to know. That is up to you if you wanna tell us or not, consider the house your safe space, you will never be judged for anything. Me and Karl will always support and try to help you through your problems or issues you wish for our help on, if we know why or not. I know this is a shit ton of trust I am asking from you and it is your choice if you wanna trust us or not, know that what ever you pick me and Karl will accept the choice and I hope we can be friends, I am sure Karl wouldn't turn down that offer if you want us as friends, something to think about"

Quackity nodded as he took in every word Sapnap had said looked at him. Sapnap gave Q a reassuring smile before he got up from the table and walked to the front door, "I'm heading to the store take your time about what I said and let me know when I get back or Karl once he is awake, we talked about this last night" "Okay" Quackity responded before he heard Sap open and close the front door leaving him alone thinking about what he had said. 'Can I really trust them..? Karl is just sweet in nature and considering what he did when he was with-....' Quackity just shuttered at the thought a little bit before thinking again, 'and Sap even though he barely knows me he was still concerned for me and caring towards me....' Quackity just thought as he stared off in the distance thinking about the offer and what the options might hold for him if he picks them.
