Chapter 9

Saturday 12:00 a.m.
Once Sapnap got home it just had turned midnight as he went to find his lover. "Karl!" Sapnap called out as he went to his room to see if his boyfriend was hiding there.

Like sapnap thought Karl was in his bed on his phone. Sapnap approached Karl and sat down on the bed next to him and ran his hands through Karl's hair. Karl looked up from his phone at sap before he closed his eyes enjoying Sap's hands through his hair.

"My darling I love you so much okay?" Sap said in his rare gently tone of voice as he gently kissed Karl's lips. Karl couldn't help but blush as he kissed back and pulled away, "I know sap, I love you to" Karl smiled as he seemed to give sap a genuine smile this time. Sapnap smiled wide, 'Quackity was right, Karl would eventually move on and I just have to be there for him' sap thought as he got into bed properly and pulled Karl close to him cuddling him.

"mhm you better" Sap said jokingly as he kissed Karl's forehead. Karl smiled and slightly laughed, "yes yes my prince." Sapnap rolled his eyes as he kissed Karl's cheek, "Oh hush, its late so sleep." Karl slightly blushed as he cuddle sapnap and put his face in sap's chest, "okay" he hummed closing his eyes and drifting to sleep a bit.

Saturday 10:30 a.m.
Sapnap hummed as he was holding Karl's hand as they walked through that park. It was the first time in ages since Karl was feeling up to go anywhere in public. This made Sap jump with joy that he was finally getting his old loving boyfriend back.

Sap glanced over at Karl and kissed his cheek as they walked. Karl looked over at Sap and smiled, "what was that for?" Sapnap shrugged and smiled, "like it when I see you smile, and you smile when I give you kisses so." Karl blushed a bit but nodded as he hummed as they walk.

Sapnap smiled and listened to Karl before they stopped and sat on a bench watching the pond, ducks, and passer bys. As Karl was staring at the pond he noticed a person wearing black pants, a blue sweater and beanie honking at petting the ducks near by. Karl slightly giggled seeing a random stranger honk at ducks, it was funny but also adorable.

Sapnap followed Karl's gaze hearing him laugh and smiled. Sapnap smiled more giggling, "Wanna go say hi? I met him yesterday" Karl looked at sap surprised and nodded, "sure! what is his name?" Sapnap smiled and got up, "Quackity-" but Sapnap cut himself off with a moment of realization, 'Quackity' the man his lover was so worried for, the man that made his lover not sleep due to him being so worried.

Once Karl heard 'Quackity', Karl booked it to the smaller male as he started to tear up, 'is he okay!? What has he been doing for the past year!? Was he being abused!?' So many thoughts going through Karl's head he couldn't think straight.

"Karl wait!" Sap yelled running after Karl. Quackity seeing the ducks running away from him and hearing Sap yell he turned around seeing the two running towards him. "K-karl...?" Quackity quietly said to himself as Karl got closer and soon tackled Q to the ground hugging him tightly and crying.

Sapnap stopped once he got to the two panting, "k-karl!" Karl just ignored Sapnap as he kept hugging Q tightly but soon pulled away crying and cupped Quackity's face, "are you okay!? you aren't not hurt are you!? you haven't been with him all this time have you!? God im sorry Q! I told you, you would be safe with me but instead I made it worse for you! please forgive me! I just wanted to make sure you were ok! your okay right?" Q was just bombarded with all this questions from Karl he started feeling overwhelmed.

Sapnap notice Q feeling overwhelmed and pulled Karl off of him, cupping Karl's face in his own hands and wiping his tear with his own thumbs, "Karl calm down! your overwhelming him" Quackity just took a breath when Karl was pulled away as he gave Sap and thankful look. Karl sniffed as he glanced at Quackity and notice Sapnap was right.

"Im sorry Q I have been just so worried about you this past year I-" Karl began but was cut off by Quackity getting up from the floor and hugging him tightly which Karl quickly didn't hesitate to hug back to. "its okay...you were worried about me.." Quackity said in a soft quite tone which Sapnap notice it was different from when he talked to Q alone yesterday.

Karl smiled and nodded as he pulled away and wiped his tears, "you are okay though right..?" Quackity smiled and nodded, "yea, yea im fine don't worry about me" Karl nodded and took Quackity's hands squeezing them a bit, which Sap slightly scoffed at as he gave both of them eyes of jealousy. Quackity glanced at Sap and saw him and quickly pulled his hands away from Karl's, "I-I actually think I need to get going bye" he stated with quite urgency in his voice and sped walked away without giving either of the other two males a chance to speak.

Karl just looked after Q with a worried look, "was it something I said...?" Sapnap looked at Karl and hugged him, "what? no it wasn't! I'm sure he just remembered something he had to do, you said nothing wrong my sweet" Karl sighed and hugged back a bit tightly, "maybe your right sap..." Sapnap nodded and patted Karl's back as he took one of Karl's hand and started walking home, "I am sure of it my sweet, now come on let go home, it's getting dark and I am pretty sure we don't wanna be hanging out in the park at night" Karl slightly laughed and smiled as he nodded, "Yea"
